My overall rating would be -1. Highly unprofessional service these guys are giving it to their clients even to their first time users. Very very poor customer service indeed. I will not even recommend anyone to use this portal but yes ofcourse if in case you want to spoil your time and occasion then please go for it. Their customer service representatives are very irresponsive. My whole experience since yesterday can be termed in one word as " pathetic " . They don't have any proper tracking mechanism , no communication between the internal departments as well. Their own partners don't pick up their calls then how would they provide customer service and satisfaction . Totally dissatisfied . This was my first and last time I chose this platform. Disgusting services you guys are providing . This type of work manner will surely ruin your organisation .

Alright, you always call the recipient before you deliver. I did not know this but I understand as its flowers & it's a loss for you guys if the recipient isn't available. 1 star is because your customer service team who is not aware of the words "thank you" & "sorry" rudely hanging up is kind of job their description I guess. Please improvise or hire better

I ordered a cake and it was amazing! The cake delivery was ontime and the cake was fresh and delicious. I loved the chocolate frosting and the sprinkles. It was perfect for my birthday party. I highly recommend floweraura to anyone who loves cake

Order id: 3904692, I got the product today but one item is missing. Quality of plant is really bad. Pot is missing. Plant is wrapped in a polythene. I request you to take away the plant and refund my points to CRED account. First and last time I ordered something from your site. I have already complained so many times regarding delay in delivery and now again i am starting the complaint regarding delivered items.

I just ordered a bunch of flower and few chocolates online and by mistake i ordered the chocolates twice but Pradhan the agent online was so helpful. I requested to change it and increase the number of Flowers he actually did that and i am really happy with the services. Hope the order will reach on time.

I'm giving one star because there is nothing lower. I prepaid an order from them for delivery to Jaipur on the 14th of Feb. i went to their site to check the status of the order. Saw its still in transit. went on the courier's site to track the order and saw that the order is still lying in Gurugram for the last three days. If they can't handle the rush then why are they in the business. absolutely pathetic service. their assistance is giving a standard reply. they are not replying to my tweet too.

Worst experience, I ordered a bouquet costing 600 but they charged me 900+. Due to high demand. It says delivery in 4 hour after order and order need to be placed before 5 pm. I order at 12 noon. They delivered at 10pm and the delivery guy +91 85272 15984 called the receiver on road to pick up the reason is he cannot come to deliver at door as he is in rush. Waist of money! To track the order only ‭+91 96500 62220‬ this number is available and it’s on call waiting mode. I would recommend everyone to thik before placing order.

First time i used this site and looks good and simple to me. Though as a developer i could see improvements areas in the website but overall it's good for customers. But what I ordered was not delivered so I'm disappointed. Service was not so good to that specific place. So beware before making an order. Ask all types of que before making any purchase.

Ordered 20 roses, chocolates and dry fruits to be delivered on our parents anniversary and it turned out to be perfect! Service was great and the flowers were delivered well on time. Quality of products were good and presentation was excellent. Shows that FlowerAura really cares about bringing joy to others. Thank you FlowerAura!
