Worst experience ever. Delivered rotten flowers and customer care disconnnects Call everytime you try reaching out to them, they will bang the phone simply. Once you have paid the money they will not bother about your complains and issues. They won’t respond to your mail either. Floweraura will make sure they ruin your special day. Customer care executive Ram left the Chat when I was trying to explain the problem. This is how their system works. And this is the response to complain after elapse of one day. They are still figuring out the problem. Not sure how they gonna respond to issue now when 13th May is already gone. Inefficient services. I had ordered 'Serenity in Divinity' flowers, but one of their representative called up that this product is out of stock. Thus, I replaced my order with chocolates. But even after informing them 10 times, they delivered wrong product. The Floweraura representatives always pretend that issue is being resolved but they are never concerned about customer values and instructions.

I ordered flowers for delivery in India through this website. Let me tell you, I have been ordering flowers for delivery for quite a few years but I found this site to be really smooth in terms of accepting payment from overseas debit cards. Moreover, the chat support I received from Rohit was just awesome as he didn't just guide me to select the correct payment option but also helped me in changing the delivery time post ordering as I had changed my mind to deliver the flowers at a different time. Thank you Rohit!!

Amazing experience. Mr. Pradhan helped me for immediate delivery of the gift and the customer support system through chat system is outstanding. I think the team is not only working for customer satisfaction,they are up to delight the customer.

Ordered plants for the occassion of Father's Day. Never received the order but received a confirmation over message and over email that the order has been delivered. Had an experience of the same kind when the case shown in the pictures is not what they deliver in. Pathetic service and helpline. They never receive your call and you wait endlessly. Never placing an order again with them. Its ridiculous that the customer service never picks up the phone when you call much much before the store closes.

I am reproducing a chat I had after my Rakhi gift of a special Mug was delivered to my sister in a broken condition. There were other items like nuts and chocolates which were obviously unbreakable. My one sided chat was with Ankur, who didn't reply one word to my comments. I am an old customer andsand I can say service was nevers bad before. Me: 4634320 is my order number. Mug received in broken condition. Complained yesterday also. No response or acknowledgement. Now you people are trying to evade. You ruined my Rakhi. (07:20:15) That is why Indian companies are losing to Amazon. By now Amazon would have replaced the product. Instead the FlowerAura keeps sending thank you for your patronage messages, saying the delivery process is completed successfully. They have also credited Rs. 60 in my account for next order.

I'm very happy with my experience! My mother loved the flower pot arrangement and the flowers. Staff is very nice to deal with and they respond to questions. Thank you for my making my mother's bday so special in the middle of this pandemic.
