Not a pleasant experience... Specially requested for delivery at 8am. I knew their delivery started at 9am but delivering at 1:30 pm even after the request is quite stupid. Moreover, they didn't deliver the sweets I ordered. Can I have my money back please

Bunch of jerks !!! Floweraura had promised my order would be delivered before 8:00 and exactly at 8:00 PM order status displayed completed but the merchandise was never delivered. I can't reach them over phone or chat. I believe these guys are trying to trick their own system into meeting some freaking SLA. Bad experience, I will never place an order with them.

Amazing customer service, high quality products. I requested to prepone delivery of my order to present day. They delivered within 2 hours of the change request. The cake was delicious, delivered with pleasant smelling flowers.

Wonderfull experience...very prompt delivery . the quality of the product is fantastic. Just one thing went wrong .....It ws supposed to be a surprise for the receiving person. But ur delivery executive called that person to know the address... and also told that she about the gift and the mentioned the type and nature of gift. So now there was no element of surprise...and it went very low profile....
