They are nothing less than fake promisors. Please don't ruin your special occasion by ordering with them. No matter how many special instructions you give they will do everything according to them. They don't consider your requests or instructions. They ruined my entire surprise. Dont rely on them.

Horrible service! I hope no one orders from floweraura. Firstly, my order was incredibly late and the product received was completely unacceptable the box was dirty and filthy with staple pins poking out from it, and the box was torn from one end. The flowers were completely wilted. Please save your time and energy, DONOT ORDER FROM FLOWERAURA

Guyz if you dont want to spoil your surprise I request you all not to order with floweraura, yesterday I had placed an order with floweraura to give surprise to my sister on her birthday,but they had spoiled my surprise.Order cake and other gifts items to give surprise to my sister , they didn't deliver the item on time,they had send me the sms at 12:32 PM, that order has been delivered but when I called my sister for confirmation she told me that she has received a call at 11:40 AM by delivery person that he will be at her place in another 5-10 minute,but he has delivered the product around 1:15 PM. Time slot which I had selected was 9:00 -12:00 hours , don't know about the exact time delivery coz they charge extra for that & they might deliver it on time in that option.But i was in no hurry so I opted for standard delivery as there executive told me that product will get delivery in between the time slot.

Cheats customers!! Horrible customer care!! recently a friend of my ordered the product on their web site .she paid the full price online arround Rupees 1099.She didn't receive the product and didn't get the refund.when she contacted customer care no one responded and secondly they balmed her.Now common sense question why wouldn't someone receive prepaid order . horrible customer service and really bad customer care representative .It's better to order cake from a good bakery in your locality or use swiggy or Zomato etc. Order No: 3641598
