I wanted a midnight delivery , but could not place it before 7 pm the same day; then checked with chat support Anand who helped to get the cake and a bunch of flowers delivered at midnight.Thanks a lot Anand and floweraura; On time delivery;great service;good quality .!! keep it up :)

I ordered vanilla blueberry symphony. But the cake which was delivered was completely different than the one which was shown on the site. Flowers were fresh though..but not satisfied with the cake. Decoration was not up to the mark..sorry to say this.

Very unprofessional service. They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a cake from Dubai for my brother's birthday. I paid extra 350/- midnight charges as welll. The cake was delivered, but WITHOUT THE MESSAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE CAKE !.. It was a simple message - " Happy Birthday [common Indian name]". Also, there was no card like other cake/gift delivery companies give. The delivery man said he FORGOT THE CARD ! These FLOWERAURO people spoiled my surprise. On complaining, a person named Vipul sent me a message that they don't put the name because the vendors mess up the spelling. That's a very stupid thing to say. All you have to do is use the EXACT MESSAGE that people put on your website. I wonder if they are running their business from a garage. Please don't trust them and go for tried and tested brands only.

The cake was delivered and replaced without the customer being informed about it and that too was of very bad quality. Moreover, other items ordered were not delivered. This ruined the occasion completely. Also, the flowers were replaced at the last moment for one of the previous orders. Besides, they took a hell lot of time for looking into the issue and multiple follow-ups for providing the resolution. Also, they were providing more compensation in the form of voucher when compared to the monetary one so that they can dupe the customer again, the next time. Ordering from Floweraura was a complete waste of time and money and ruining of the important day/occasion of someone's life.

Have used this company for services. All I can say is they are excellent . Himanshu Rawat have excellent service, was prompt in dealing with my query. Good Job Himanshu... Way to go! Do try them out! Service: 5

On 21st Feb I enquired FlowerAura whether they can deliver a Jade plant the next day i.e., 22nd Feb at Gurugram. The said they will do. So I placed the order and delivery date at Track Online showed 22nd Feb. The next day the status of the order till 3PM was "In-transit". I live abroad, so i contacted them via customer chat and asked them the status, to which they replied they would deliver the next day. I don't know why? They did not take importance of gift date seriously. They did deliver only after I insisted. SEE THE CHAT SCREENSHOT. If you are someone who don't track order status, choose some other place.

Order Id- 3201914 The bouquet delivered was of dead flowers and badly damaged. Tried to reach the coustomer care but no response. I waited to chat on the web for 45 mins but in the end chat also disappeared. I have been cheated with stale flowers. This is breach of trust. Very badly manged coustomer care too, will think twice before placing an order again.

Order was delivered 1 hour 30 minutes late and the flowers look like they are about to Die.

Very poor review they be aware from that company. under their bookey they used plastic sticks and once they delivered the product then they never refund your amount then they said its against our company policy. So its my advice never trust on that company.

I completely appreciate their work. It so happened tat the gift tat had to be delivered to a place, the recipient had left d place, wen asked to the Customer Support, he asked me to update d new address...I gav it to them n tey were readily available to deliver to d other address. Thank you soo much! Much appreciated!!
