I wanted to order flowers to Zirakpur but I couldn't see it on dropdown menu.But Mr.Pankaj helped me with my order ,thanks a lot to Mr.Pankaj from support team. Double thanks to floweraura.By mistake I have entered wrong date of today n in the morning only I realised my mistake.When I chat with Mr.Manish from Support team he changed the date n called me to inform. I ordered a chocolate cake online from FlowerAura to celebrate my daughter's first birthday with my office colleagues. As I couldn't pre order over the busy weekend, I was a bit sceptical whether a same-day delivery within office hours would be possible. So, I requested that the delivery be made before 4pm, if possible. Surprisingly, the cake was delivered before 12pm. I was able to distribute it at 2pm after lunch. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious and was loved by everyone, and the amazing discount that FlowerAura offered made it taste all the more sweet. Thank you FlowerAura for contributing to making my little angel's birthday special and for ensuring that she got many blessings as everyone enjoyed that heavenly cake. Keep rocking!

I have been trying to connect with them since morning through live chat but in vain. Initially one executive joined, I asked her if she can arrange a cake as per the picture I sent, she goes away for checking and never returns. I enquire again, another support executive joins and disappeared again. Looks like a set of forced employees working there with no interest

PLS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! It is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with !!! I had booked a rose bouquet for my wife's birthday today which was suppossed to be delivered between 7-9 am ( for which they charge extra by the way ).. I started calling them at 9:30 am after failing to see the online tracking system ( which is not there at all ).. After many calls & being put on hold, I got a call from some supplier called Pawan at 10 am that the stuff will reach u in 15 mins.. On being asked why it had got late, this guy spoke to me so rudely that I had to disconnect the call.. The worst part was yet to come.. The flowers which they show on their website and what u actually get are totally different !!! Not even a single rose bud is fresh.. Frustrated, I called up their helpline & their standard reply was " We are sorry to hear that & pls send us the pics !!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY 🙏🙏🙏🙏

When I ordered I made a mistake in the delivery time. I used chat support. Pankaj helped me promptly and swiftly to change my delivery time. Excellent support and well appreciated!

Worst customer service, they dont even deserve single star. Ordered a cake combo, chose same day delivery option (paid extra for that)..and website still showing "processing". This is not expected...i wanted to cancel the order but that option too is disabled. Just throw your money but dont invest here
