The flowers were lovely & really good quality. They brought a lot of happiness to the receiver. They were presented very well too. Reason , I am taking away one point is because they were delivered about an hour late. I must though add that the customer care executive was very helpful & my request were dealt with in a timely way. I will reorder again for sure.

The bouquet i ordered from Flower Aura was beautiful. The roses & carnations were fresh & looked vibrant. The recipient was very happy on getting that beautiful bouquet.

Adding fake or poor quality color to cake which gets stick to the skin and doesn't go away even after washing with soap multiple times. Alarming serious health concern. Food: 1

Chosen yellow roses supposed to delivered at 2pm, talked to customer care at 1:30 to ensure yellow roses, all sweet talks n asked to wait, then got call at 2:30 saying only red n pink available, I knew these guys are unprofessional, so asked to send atlast the flowers 💐, no they sent worst quality of red n pink, in the same price as red, no cash back, no refund of difference, no compensation. Really fraud company !! Beware and never order from them. Order was never delivered till 9pm at night even after paying express delivery charges for a 12pm afternoon delivery and , and then complaint was closed by showing fake delivery message 3 hours ago when order was never delivered till now. Their customer support number was on permanent engage mode for 5 hours and then i just stopped trying, Whatsapp support chatbot gave fake assurances and when you ask to speak with a live agent it stops working. Actively recommend not using them. Customer service - literally does not exist. There is NO WAY to contact them Product - what I ordered and what came were ENTIRELY different TIME - same day delivery could not be slower. They delivered like at the end of the day P.S. with SO MANY one star reviews how is the overall rating still so high? Should be a way to flag off paid reviews which Flower Aura is clearly using.
