Normally I get trays packed from F& P Aurbindo market and it is always good as I go myself . But this time I ordered a bunch of roses and the flowers quality for the price is so below average . The bunch which they made was so basic that normal road side florists could have made it better .HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Although I made the payment and took it as I need to give it somewhere urgently But will never order again Sharing the pics too
I’ve been a customer for years. The flower quality has gone down over time, but I still come to you regularly for everyday flower shopping. Yesterday, I bought flowers and balloons for my brother’s birthday — ₹500 for one foil helium balloon and ₹150 each for four regular balloons. I bought them around 7:30 pm, just before closing time. By 6 am the next morning, all the regular balloons were completely deflated, except the foil balloon. At no point was I informed that the balloons would last only two hours. Honestly, who buys balloons expecting them to survive for just two hours? How is anyone supposed to hold a birthday party or celebration with balloons that don’t even last more than few hours? I’ve lived in different countries and seen all kinds of balloon quality, but this was by far the poorest experience. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of concern when I came back today to show the issue. There was no apology, no attempt to help, not even a simple “What can we do for you, ma’am?” — just a shrug and “they only last two hours.” That level of quality and customer service is truly disappointing, especially from a place I’ve supported for years.
