FNP

I placed an international order from FNP. This place has zero professionalism. They failed to track my order and eventually said it'll be delivered after one week from the date of the occasion. Their customer care is another big failure they failed to sort the issue for me. At the time of taking money these people are in rush to make sales but won't deliver their services accordingly. Please find another place to send your loved ones surprises instead of trusting Ferns and petals with their services. Its a failure.

Standards have gone down, in my opinion. No value for money. Was expecting a large bouquet for what was paid. Instead, what was delivered was a smaller flower arrangement. Would think twice before ordering any flowers from this shop again.

Pathetic experience. The order was kept in hold with informing anything. When I checked it was told that the selected flowers are not available. And ordered delayed by one day. So unprofessional!! Flower hut is a much better option than them.

I ordered led pillow and I've paid gift box charges which is 19/- but my issue is not for 19 because 19 is not big deal rather than receiptent had received whole product unboxed even gift message card also unboxed so now I hope you all are understood that gift card is very personal thing and confidential still they doing for same. Please do not work with fnp.

I ordered a notebook with matching pen. It was customized as requested. Just got it delivered. The final product looks nice and detailed. Thanks!

Firstly there are not a lot of options. Secondly the prices have become exorbitantly high for the exact same thing you get right opposite this particular outlet and honestly much better options and pricing. And to top it all out, on my visit today I was told “Sir jaldi batao, aur bhi kaam hai mere paas.” Honestly I won’t be surprised if they shut shop with this attitude.

I booked a bouquet of 2 sunflower at Sunday 8th of March 2026 for Tuesday 10th of March At that day I called them that I'm coming for the bouquet and I asked sunflower is available or not they clearly said that we don't have sunflower you didn't booked anything we don't get any idea of that I wasted my 1 hour on them just to let them deny from there words, worst experience ever expected from a flower shop.

Very fast delivery. Flowers are always fresh. The way they make a bouquet is just amazing. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a birthday cake and the attached was sent - poor customer service online when trying to connect. Never again

Flowers arranged unsymmetrically. Wilted faded baby's breath used for filler. Very less cloth used as wrapper, i expected the bouquet to stay in the wrapper not pop out of it. Ribbon tied in a very poor manner. Ribbon must be tired such that the bow looks horizontal.
