They took the money but didn't ship the carpet. The tour driver brought me in this shop assuring it was a good place. I bought a carpet paying cash 300 euros, with the agreement that they would ship it to Italy and I would pay the remaining 200 euros after receiving it, however they never shipped the carpet and they kept my 300 euros.

They have varry friendly and good servis that will help you in finding everything you look for. I am also settisfyed with the quality of the articles I have purchased (2 shirts and a scarf) and will by there again

Fraud/Scam Alert: Purchased one dress material for my wife. No price tag but they will say some random and fixed price. They did not give GST bill when i complained then they provided. I felt they overcharge everything along with false details. Be careful. Avoid 100%. They mainly target NRI and tourists.

Do not go to this shop. It’s a tourist trap with ridiculously inflated prices. For example, they sell cotton scarves for around ₹2,500, while similar scarves can be found at local bazaars for around ₹100. The sales approach is also very aggressive and made the experience uncomfortable. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

During my stay in India, me and my friends were looking to get some tailored suits. I cannot recommend a better place than this one. We spent quite a lot of time to look through the massive amount of different materials and liners, and were assisted and given incredible insight and help by Vinod. As the suits were hand tailored per person, and since we were traveling to multiple other cities in the following days, we were not sure as to whether or not the suits would reach us properly later, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive all of them in perfect condition, and the craftmanship and skill that could be seen in the final product was nothing short of incredible. Not a single shortcut was taken, and everything was perfectly fitted with all requested functions and additions. I am pleased to say that I will definitely stay in contact to order more suits later, as we have been informed that since Vinod has our measurements, we can order as many tailored suits as needed. I have also purchased a Kurta for myself, and while originally not sure about the price, this kurta outshines other wedding kurtas I had purchased in terms of cloth quality and comfort, so I would recommend these as well. The suits are definitely the crown jewel of the shop, and provided for a very good price. Aside from the suits, the shop also offers other textile products such as carpets, scarfs, Kurtas and others, but the quality of these can vary in consistency. When in the vicinity, definitely check out the suits.

Following a recommendation from a travel guide, I stopped at this shop to buy souvenirs. As a foreigner, I felt completely deceived by the outrageous prices. I paid 2200 local currency (around 25 euros) for a 50g jar of chili, which normally costs about 3 euros in local markets. I also bought a typical Indian product (Mouth Freshener) for 2000, while the same item is commonly found for 3~4 euros. During the purchase, the service seemed attentive. But after paying, I was left with the bitter taste of being scammed. Being a merchant and making a profit by deceiving tourists is nothing short of disgraceful. It’s a dishonest and shameful way to do business. Unfortunately, I cannot return to contest the purchase, but I leave this as a warning: do not shop at this place. Thriving by taking advantage of others is the worst way to grow. One day, this kind of petty behavior will be judged — by something greater than money

This is a huge store our tour guide took us. There are many stuff of all kinds, some unique pieces specially upstairs with all the handicraft. Have a look carefully, some pieces can be very expensive, another ones fair price, as mainly is for turist. I appreciate the service specially from Vinod, as I had an issue with an item and they were all the time attentive to the situation and send someone to the hotel to change the things, were kind and responsive.

I had an amazing experience at Delhi Haat. Nothing was too much trouble. I found pyjamas I liked but not right size so they took measurements and tailor made and delivered directly to my hotel same day. I loved the product soo much I ordered 2 more sets over WhatsApp- again delivered to my hotel. So simple and the best pyjamas I will ever own. Thank you Vinod for going above and beyond
