This place is amazing! Having shopped around so many different markets in Delhi this place excels in all the areas you want. Starting with the great knowledgeable people who work here, they’ll assist you with every detail you want in any purchase, they’ll provide expert advice. They went above and beyond for me prior to my first Indian wedding. I didn’t have much time on my hands and they even sent a tailored suit to my hotel in Chandigarh as we had to leave Delhi. I’ll definitely be returning here for some jewellery before we leave.

Visited in March. On the first floor was smooth-talked into buying two, ostensibly hand-crafted and made of organic material, mens shirts and was charged 8000 INR. Later I discovered (with the aid of my Delhi homestay host) that these are factory-made mass-produced shirts which are only worth about 10% of what I paid. I wish I had checked the on-line reviews of this place before going there! Steer well clear of this establishment - no matter how friendly and helpful the sales staff may seem they are NOT to be trusted and just ring up an inflated price based on how much they feel they can over-charge a particular foreign tourist.

Very impressed by how quickly the suit was prepared and delivered. I ordered a 3 piece suit on Sunday afternoon from Shirdhi, they had already posted the suit to my Mumbai hotel by Monday afternoon.It arrived Mumbai Tue and I got it Wed afternoon in Mumbai, before my flight Thu morning. Choosing colors over phone is bit problematic, the suit I got was more darker brown shade than agreed color, but the suit was well made and fits well too. Vinod the sales attendant was easy to work with and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

I agree with most of the reviews, it’s a tourist scam place and you see 0 locals in the shop. The craftsmanship of products are not matching the price. Also no item has price on it, the seller just makes up the price based on your appearance

Our Klook tour guide brought us here despite this not being in our itinerary & she kept talking about how the items here were WAYYY cheaper than the markets (spoiler: they are not). They tried to sell us some Taj Mahal structure at 6500 rupees and we managed to negotiate it down to 2000 rupees cuz they were insanely persistent. Anyway, the market was selling it at 500 rupees. The only “worth” item was the postcard at the top floor it’s pretty cute.

We are a group of friends and took a tour package from Klook.. First day of the tour the guide brought us here to this shop to look around for some outfits that we can wear going to Taj Mahal... The sales guy (i forgot the name) showed us different options and charged us for ladies wear 3500 inr... It really didnt matter at first but when I came back to work after the tour, I showed to my Indian friend the dress and he asked me how much I paid for it, I told him the price and he was shocked because he said the shop charged us way too expensive,, because I can buy the same quality at a cheaper price of less than 1000 inr... I know lots of tourist come to the shop and the guide gets a commission but why rob your customers??

While this shop has many items some more well priced than others, we went in here as part of a tour guide with my travel group and was immediately taken in by the made to measure suit service being offered here. Vinod presented us with a variety of fabric rolls and explained the material and thread counts, giving us a chance to feel and know what our suits will be made out of. I decided to get a suit made out of a 80/20 cashmere-silk blend 240 thread count fabric which felt wonderful to the touch. Vinod also showed me the linings available and I decided to go for a silk lining. I explained that I wanted to have an English style suit with a regular fit and they took my measurements. I was travelling at the time with a group and wouldn't be staying in Delhi. We asked for the suit to be delivered to Gwalior, where we would be staying for a few days, and they easily accommodated the request at no extra cost. We received the package in Gwalior and was blown away by the quality and workmanship of the suits. They did everything properly with no loose threads. The fit is exactly how I want it. I would highly recommend this place to get made to measure suits, I can't speak for any of the other goods offered in this store.

My driver dropped me off here, but not before asking if I was interested in clothing. The staff gave me great advice on suits, and since I was really impressed by the quality for the price, I decided to buy one. I’m also impressed by how fast the service is. After just one day, I had a full-fledged custom-made suit in my hands. I’d definitely come back!

Very satisfied. Tremendous follow thru, rapid delivery. Easy to add on product. Answered all and every WhatsApp call and text. What more is there to say? Would I do business again with this group? In a hearbeat!
