The reception was exceptional as the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and relaxed. They took their time to explain each fabric, the pros and cons, for me to make in informed decision according. The outcome of this process was satisfying as the value for my money was respected. I recommend this place for any woman or man who loves exquisite looks with indian touch.

They helped me pick out three excellent fabrics for three shirts, two long and one short sleeved. Their expert tailor sized me up, and when I arrived two days later to try, my shirts were perfect! I will definitely recommend this factory for shirts and suits ! They even packaged them up as if store bought ☺️

Warning: tourist trap! Really poor quality at exorbitant prices. Even a Walmart-type chain we found later was better quality than this place. And they probably use the INA acronym so tourists will think they are at the actual INA market. Avoid at all cost.

Great experience here- we needed wedding attire on short notice and Mahi helped us choose several custom fitted outfits for my entire family. The selection and fitting took less than an hour, and the clothes were personally delivered to our hotel the next day, fit perfectly and looked fantastic. Many of the wedding guests complimented us on our authentic Indian dress. Very time efficient and cost effective way to dress well in India!

I am a Taiwanese visiting India with my wife for her friend’s wedding. We ask our travel agency to help arrange a good place for us to buy traditional Indian costumes. The guide took us to this great shop and workshop. Mr. Carlos and his team are very nice and they patiently help us explore different kinds of clothes for different wedding ceremony. I appreciate their friendliness and advice! My wife and I find the best costumes with high quality. Additionally, they are very efficient. We are leaving for Agra in the evening. They are able to help tailor-made the size that fits us in a few hours. If you are considering a place for Indian costume, I would highly recommend visiting this amazing place. They also have an impressive collection to choose from. In sum, this is a great place for Indian costumes. Give it a try and you may find some treasures here.

The best tailor I’ve ever had!! I’ve been coming to India for the past 20 years and have use many different tailors. I. N. A. Has the best tailors and everything I ordered turned out perfect. I got two suits, a dress, and four dress shirts! All were exactly what I hoped they would be. I didn’t need to make any adjustments. They are also incredibly fast and were able to deliver to my hotel. I highly recommend and will never be going to anyone else again! The fabric selection was also huge and very nice quality and range of prices. 10 out of 10 P. S. They can ship too… I will certainly be ordering more in the future!!

I had such a lovely experience at INA and with Mahi. As a woman traveling alone, it was important to me to feel safe and not taken advantage of, and they did just that. I sent more single woman there, and they felt the same. I was picked up at my hotel, served the most delicious chai, and dropped back when I was ready. I bought a rug that I’ve been dreaming of for 17yrs, and it arrived at my house free of charge at the same time I arrive back in the states. They timed the shipping so it wouldn’t arrive before me. I’ve heard horror stories of hefty import taxes, but as promised we were able to bypass those fees due to it being an Indian Art.

The customer service was good when we got custom items made and needed them adjusted. The people are kind. The fabrics were beautiful and it was hard to decide.- Loved my new suit!
