I had a wonderful experience here! Five star service, high-quality fabrics and craftsmanship. The gentleman who helped me was not pushy at all and only led me to things I asked for. We worked as a team and it was very efficient! I had a dress made, and I can not tell you how amazing the attention to detail that was captured. I had two shirts and a dress made as well as purchased two sets of pajamas and two other shirts. The prices were extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, the hotel in Delhi lost half of the pajamas that I sent out to laundry. Can someone get in touch with me so I can buy another pair? I would love to buy more items, but I am now back in the United States. I took off one star because I have no way to get in touch with this place! I will gladly make it 5 🌟🤩.

Wonderful place with fantastic shopping options! I wanted an outfit that I could not find anywhere and the guys at INA created it for me and delivered it to my hotel the same day. The colors and fabrics were the most beautiful ones I've ever seen. I also bought some high quality jewelry and other souvenirs. That was my best shopping experience in India and I would definitely return!

DO NOT BUY HERE! I would give zero stars if possible. Our tour guide took us here and we happily bought a custom suit for my sister and brother-in-law's wedding, some shoes, some custom linen pants, and a custom suit for my brother. We spent about $1,000. They promised us they would ship to us in in the states in two weeks (the wedding was 4 weeks away). The pieces never came, they said they issued a refund but it never came through and are absolutely terrible with communication. It's bee FIVE months and we still haven't gotten our money back so we're moving to report fraud. We found out later that shoes in a market should cost around 5 US and a sari should cost around 30 US. What they were selling was extremely overpriced for tourists.

Excellent service at a good price. We received new fully sewn and tailored clothes the evening of the day we chose the fabric and were measured…traditional Indian fancy wedding outfits for both a woman and a man. They were delivered right to our hotel. Very friendly and not pushy.

HORRIBLE!! After one wash, all the clothes were damaged. No accountability taken on their side. (Btw it has ntn to do with the washing procedure as many other formal clothes were washed on the same day, in the same way but only items from this store deteriorated to an unwearable condition)

The Indian National Arts was a pleasant surprise as a visitor to New Delhi, it is a massive retail shop for bespoke clothing, fabrics, jewellery, artifacts, carpets etc........ Multiple floors of shops! Going down the steps of the ground floor revealed a fully functional shopping complex that begins from the base! Carlos is fantastic, look for him when you get here. He is a great marketer, he made me buy far more than I bargained. Only because everything is great and you want it all! Though most staff are not as fluent in English, they were just as friendly and helpful to enable you make a purchase. It is highly recommended and a must if you are in New Delhi and needs authentic Indian keepsakes.

Had an amazing experience at this location. We needed wedding attire and they were quick to help and very professional. We had two suits made same day, and beautiful dresses also made to order. Very impressed with their professionalism and knowledgeable associates. Dinesh made the experience comfortable and walked us through everything we needed while listening to our preferences. Highly recommend!!

Honestly the salesman was persistent and still nice about it, so wasn’t too bad! The experience was good as well, they gave us free water. Overall, I bought a suit here as they had really good quality and at that price, it would not have been possible. They have absolutely anything textile and handicraft, from suits to clothes to ornaments and scarfs. They even passed it to my driver to pass to us when we were back in Delhi. Overall a good experience nonetheless! Update: Recommend to go back to collect your suit, you can try it out and see if it fits! The quality is really good! Usually shirts you can kind of see through it but their white shirts are top quality.
