I can highly recommend Indian National Arts. The service was excellent (I could also visit the shop very late in the evening) and my bought suit fits very well. RAJ and Hitesh did fantastic work.

Babu and his team provided custom made suits for my grooms me at my wedding. The quality and finishing was excellent! In addition, his team was really quick! Then made the suits within a week!

I went to Indian National Arts and was assisted by Mr. Lal. I decided to buy a custom tailored suit and shirt at around 4:30pm and he had the suit made by very skilled workers and delivered it to my hotel room THAT NIGHT! I also got a custom fitted kurtha as well. Both purchases were made with high quality and craftmanship. Mr. Lal is very dedicated and passionate about his job and it shows in his work. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future and would highly recommend him to my friends and family!!!

These guys are complete crooks. Sold us clothing promising custom measurements done right the first time. We were in Delhi for just one more day. They delivered to our hotel. All the items were too large. They asked for us to drop by and they would fix it and deliver items to the next city we went to. Mind you they had taken full payment up front. We were sightseeing but stressed about our large purchase. Almost $500 USD. They delivered to our new hotel in a different city and it seemed like no alterations had been made at all! We were livid and spoke to the salesman and manager demanding a full refund and for them to take the items back. We were sightseeing all day and had 0 time for this mess. They kept insisting and finally I told them we would leave the items at the hotel concierge and for them to pick up the items and give us back our money. These crooks picked up the items and did not refund the money!!!! Such terrible business ethic. If they still weren’t in agreement, I understand not picking up the clothes but to keep the clothes and our money??? DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is a great place to have suites, shirts, jackets and trousers made by measure by highly professional tailors. They have good quality garments and a great variety of textiles. The shop is in easy reach from the centre of Dehli and the owner, Mr. Carlos, is a pleasant person who will try hard to get you the best result. On my formost latst travel to Dehli, I am from Europe, Mr. Carlos brought my newly orderd suite to my hotel early morning before my departure. Just on the evening before my departure I had decided to ask him to get me a tuxedo ( in addution to the suites he and his team had tailored for me before ). The prices are reasonable and you should adhere to the principle to bargain a bit. They will respond to any concerns, should you find anything not completely to your expectation. Being back to Europe I have also placed orders through WhatsApp to Indian Nationl Arts mailing them a sample suit. They had the pieces delivered to me through DHL within a few days and I transfered the money afterwards. Great satisfaction! I can wholeheardetly recommend the place, Mr. Carlos and his team!

They have everything you can think of, from handicrafts to spices to beautiful fabrics. The service is excellent, they are so friendly, specially Suresh, who assisted me during my visit, made the visit almost magical. He took me to a room where i got to see many sarees displayed, got dressed with traditional clothing and even got to eat some local sweets and tea with them. It is such a worthy experience shopping there if visiting Delhi.

Very expensive. Staff are very persuasive. But they have very good tailors. Good quality items also. Recommended if you need a tailor made Suit.

INA has everything you would be looking for. From clothes, shoes, fridge magnets, suitcases, saris, jewelry among others. Their customer service is excellent. Suresh and everyone else is warm and listen to customer needs. Customized suits are ready in a just few hours. INA is a must visit if you are in Delhi. Excellent shopping experience.

Well one of the best places I have visited for getting a Tailor made custom suit. Well it's a three floor factory shop and they have got everything from Sarees to Shawls and the best part is the prices that they offer you are reasonable and you can by card as well. Friendly staff and nice collection of stuff. Highly recommend this place to all.
