This is supposed government shop. Whaa! The guide told us it was a museum, but as soon as we were inside it appeared to be a shop. All kinds of stuff. Souvenirs as well as clothing. Things could be manufactured there and either send home or your hotel. I think they were quite pushy and rude. We said we just arrived in Delhi and had three more weeks in India and didn’t want to buy souvenirs already and carry them around for three weeks. We did not want to buy spices, already bought them earlier. She said “oh, you’re gonna eat spices then for three weeks”. Sarcasm. They lost a customer, we wanted to go back there at the end of our holiday. Not now.
These guys they are masters of their trade. They are genuine. I recommend them to anyone who desires tailor made suits or business in clothing
The suits from Indian National Arts are beautifil, marvelous exquisite, excellent and elegant. This is a place of romantic swaggie and diplomatic attire!
Excellent service, friendly staff😘 and not to mention the gentlemen Kvldeep , very efficient which ever garments we needed from ladies to gents , he had organised our garments at such short notice. Even if one needs there sarie blouse to be sewn they will do it immediately 🤗 Thumbs up to him and very importantly he could speak english very fluently . The welcoming and service re ceived at India National Arts was overwhelmimg.The management and the staff are super friendly and helpful..they go the extra mile to assist you.The service from Sharma,Carlos ,Anil,Mahe and the rest of the staff was amazing. I had formal westerm suits for ladies and gents made.The fabric quality and the complete product was exceptional...was very impressed with the workmanship.They also stock a variety of eastern garments...saris..punjabis and shervanis.Handmade shawls..pashminas..woven handicrafts are also available.. Gold..silver and costume jewellery....with many different styles are enough to woo any lady... The variety of handmade carpets looked so beautiful..i could not resist buying one.. They also have an option of posting items which is so convenient. Do indulge in the Chai provided...it is quite tasty.. Its is definitely a one stop shop with whatever you require under one roof. I have visited this shop many times and have always been very pleased with my purchases and the services provided, particularly from Keddy. Beautiful fabrics, particularly the satin which is hard to source in New Delhi. Keddy has since been available on whatsapp for future purchases and we have built a great working relationship. I am very glad to have stumbled upon INA and recommend it.
I came to Indian National Arts in hopes of getting some silk pajamas made and left with much more due to the quality of the first two pairs I received! Suresh was very helpful in ensuring I was happy with my purchase for myself and all of the gifts I got made for my family. Very happy with my decision to go to INA!
They made my first suit straight and it was a perfect fit without any alterations. My wife and I were attended to by Carlos. He was very supportive.
