I haven't even been here and know it's a scam,why? Me and my partner where walking Connaught Place in the morning and were approached by around 6 different men of all ages asking where we were from, they are not selling anything, they just want to help, the markets have pick pockets, but all men said one common theme... go to India Loom, it is the best, good price, good products and i'll give you directions, one guy even showed us a fake 'Media Pass' saying he doesnt want us to be scammed. When we told them it's ok, your friends on the other street have already told us to go to Idian Loom, they looked confused. We realised early it was a massive scam place and went no where near it.

Imtiyaz showed us around the store, and was very nice and offered us drinks. We had a very pleasant experienced and looked at all the different arts and crafts from India. I would recommend it!! They have beautiful stuff

We could have spent so much time here - all prices are fixed and felt fair but some were a bit steep. Highly suggest shopping here but research Indian price points before doing so!

The store may look luxurious and authentic at first glance, but don't be fooled. The staff speak confidently as if the products are genuine, and we were led to believe we were purchasing real pashmina. However, once we returned to our hotel and examined the item more closely, it became clear it was a fake — the material was polyester, not cashmere as claimed. Very disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for genuine products.
