Naval Book Depot

Very arrogant people... Too much attitude and talk rudely with the customers.... They play tactics of making people wait for the books...and many a times, talking very arrogantly and create unnecessary chaos... It seems they enjoy harrassing people...but poor parents have no choice.

I have been buying books from this stall for last 6 years. They charge exorbitantly, everything at MRP. Today I bought school books worth Rs 2000, however they refused to provide me a simple carry bag.... pathetic.....

Absolutely terrible service. Don't know why Tagore International School and The Indian School have to subject parents to the torture of coming here. They should get someone else, more professional book store to manage the books dissemination. Pathetic experience.

Poor Service, Store owner didn’t have sense to deal with customers. Prices are invariably high, store location is between the society can’t be reached with bus or metro. If any one avoid to visit the store avoid it . Arrange books from some other sources School had given contract to book store without logic

Very rude people. When giving admission school wants parents to be living within 3km .... than why this type of vendors are selected which are 10 km away. They don't reply phone calls their website don't work

These people always demand an extra ₹20 on NCERT or other books in the name of plastic binding, even when I don’t want plastic binding

There never give proper response on phone, they will disconnect without giving proper response. Had worst experience with naval book depot. After one year facing the same prob. No response. No one picking the phone. Website is not updated. It's a never ending problem with your shop. 31 March 2024 no one is picking the phone. Plz check the book and check the total amount paid before leaving the shop. He charges extra most of the times.

Selling books over priced.. there was black paint near the Price tag... When i cleaned it with thinner... It says 305rs however i have been charged 325rs.. They are simply looting.... It was book of set..approx 20 things? So approx cheating calculation 20*20= 400rs i am sure this amount could be more .... Un managed book store..

Very poor experience need to change or stop book buying from shop immediately. Today book shop denied to give book at 8:20 while shop opened till 9. So. Pl try to avoid take books from naval bool depot.

Well stocked book depot. All types of books are available including school, college and religious. Owner and the staff is very courteous with full knowledge. We are visiting them for the last 40 years with no complaints.
