Naval Book Depot

I purchase all stationery items, books and other related things from here. The quality is top notch and staff is also cooperative in showcasing the variety of anything which we require. Thanks for being one stop solution 👍🏻👍🏻 …

I went there to purchase books today morning. After waiting in line for approximately an hour, I was informed at the counter that books for my children’s school would only be available in the afternoon. This was surprising, as my past experiences over several years involved purchasing these books on weekend mornings without any such time restrictions. I was not previously informed of any specific timing for purchasing books . There was no such information displayed at the site. Upon requesting consideration due to the long wait and my travel from Lajpat Nagar, I was met with an unexpectedly rude and disrespectful response. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also personally insulting. It was disheartening to be told, in a dismissive manner, to leave due to their workload, with the phrase “Jao yaha se, hamare paas bahut kaam he.” The lack of basic courtesy and the disrespectful treatment I received is deeply troubling. I wasn't stealing anything or begging them for money. I just requested cooperation from the vendors to avoid the inconvenience of multiple trips, especially in light of the unsuccessful attempts to contact them via phone and the non-functional state of their website. This is not first incident. Every year we go through this inconvenience just because school makes us to purchase books through them. If a possible I want to give them negative rating

Very Nice Behaviout of all Staff. 😊. All types of books and stationary available. Best place ❣️ …

I am most impressed with the range of books available at Naval book depot. The establishment has grown very much. Next generation is managing very fine. I have been buying books from Naval Book depot for my children and now for my grandchildren . Also my office staff buys books from them. My office stationery also comes from NBD. Another advantage is they have a sports outlet next door and children buy books and sports stuff at the same time. I certainly recommend NBD & Dheeraj Sports. Very reliable and good pricing…. Value for money.

Very disorganized Still didn't figure out how schools can ask to go there No parking Rude staff Just cos they work all day , they expect everyone to spend all day

The perfect place to find all sorts of stationery books for kids, they have a wide collection of all sorts of stationery to help with all the needs of students. The owner Mr Dheeraj and his staff are very polite and helpful in assisting for the best possible purchase that is most apt for the buyer. Highly recommended.

Very poor management, unempathetic and ruthless behaviour towards parents. Very only two people deal with more than 60 parents .

"Great book store" with a wide collection of all stationary elements. Quality products and reasonable prices. The staff and owner is very helpful and polite. !!HIGHLYY RECOMMENDED!!

If you are driving down - think twice. The parking and getting inside is not all that easy - avoid coming on Sunday’s due to open market on Sunday which is just outside. The nexus of schools to buy books only from designated shops creates huge amount of inconvenience and is not ethical.

Friendly behaviour... This is also reflected in the responses of reviews.. I usually call them and tell about my requirements, and get exact confirmation about availability... Wide Range of stationary, books and items for portfolio, practical files.... Parking is problem but sometimes, not always... Rain time is very problematic, avoid while raining...
