DURGA CYCLES

Thank you, Durga Cycles for accommodating us at such a last minute notice. We are doing K2K and wanted to service our cycles. They hardly charged us for it and did a great job!

Excellent services, very very genuine pricing and very sincere and just advice. Truly professional out fit . 100% satisfaction guaranteed at Durga cycles one of the oldest cycle shop in Delhi.

Before buying they will tell you about there after sale services and once u buy and ask for services they don't provide as they promise for it. Very bad experience.#Rude#aarrogant. Even doesn't provide authenticity of products. My biggest mistake from buying them Reply : @ Durga cycles ,You accept it or not but you are rude and arrogant . 1st time when I turned you staright away told me this cannot be fixed as it doesn't cover in warranty(9days of purchase) , and the paddle spring came out. so there was no major problem after fixing it ,again the same thing happened within a day. You first deny from fixing the paddle and you was not at all humble while speaking.@rudeness and arrogance in your voice. You need to understand , other person concern also. You need to check your actions and behaviour it's not me who is complaining for your not so good ettiquites but read your reviews many of them are there. Earlier ,I thought I misunderstood you but.. no that's what you are.. No politeness full of harshness. Anyways thankyou so much for wonderful services. Highly appreciating ,you are among them "after selling the things who are you?". Best wishes..! Hope you work on your soft skills much needed.

Definitely the best bike shop here! Durga Cycles has bikes for everyone, so beginners and professionals.. a dream come true for many. The level of customer service and staff knowledge is inimitable.. excellent options for any cycle & equipment requirement..

They have ultimate bicycles. The owner himself is so humble and helpful. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. They will recommend you the best bike at the best price. If you are looking for bicycle, all related accessories and equipments, best after sale services, this is the one stop destination. Go for it!!

Best shop in delhi...there are all brands under one roof. Staff and owner are very helpful and polite, both help customers to chose their best one. if you want to purchase your ride, this is the all in one space Bought Raleigh Navarro from here. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thnq Durga Cycles.

Overpriced, always short on necessary parts, inexperienced mechanic, rude mechanic, only recommended for basic bikes. Everytime I asked for any equipment they always says and try explain that buyer is an idot and don't know their stuff. Add 2-3 CF bikes don't make you good but adding quality makes you a good cycle store.

Collection : 5/5 Staff Knowledge : 5/5 Readiness to listen to customer’s needs : 5/5 Behaviour : 5/5 One thing that I would want to highlight is that they were not trying to just sell the product, infact to my surprise, they were more keen on providing me the right product. Keep up the good work !!

Nice collection and prices are also competitive. Good service as well.
