DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The owner is very rude and arrogant, the product sold are defective. His behaviour is not acceptable at all as he doesn't care for the customer. The after sales service is also very poor. PLEASE GO FOR SOME OTHER SHOP.

Durga cycle is definitely one the best shop to buy and learn anything about cycles .. They are support Riders with good technician gives u confidence to do more without any stress .. Very friendly and full of knowledge is man behind the seat Mr. Mayank Malhotra and Sonu Singh for him customer satisfaction is most important and he goes out of the way to do this .. Appreciate their efforts in keeping cyclist community..... 🙏🙏

They messed up with my TT bike gear settings and when they screwed it fully they told me to take my bike away. Accessories are over priced and if you dont have knowledge they will take you for a ride. Highly not recommended for expensive bikes. Be cautious of what you buy. Thanks for the reply but i dont think so Your father clearly told me to take it away and he said that all we could do you need to find someone else so i found a better technician sunil and by gods grace its fine now. Secondly, i bought a fizik bar tape that u gave me for rs 1900 who’s box was changed and the mrp was different on the box as the code didnt match online of the bar tape. I bought 2 agu shorts that u gave me for 3000 each . You did this to me when i came through a contact . Thirdly i found higher rates in 1. Cycling shorts and Jersy poor quality for top prices better deal u get on ali express 2. Back light rear light expensive 3. Finish line products expensive 4. Chinese carbon rims for 1 lacs..wow So dont ya me for expensive. You can fool once but not twice. I only came for tuneup’s beacuse the service that you is next to level zero. Please agree to the fact you cant handle good bikes. My response was negitive. You told me to remove the reviews and you would get anything done for me. Placing fake reviews on top wont help. I will now educate about this to everyone you skillset in fooling and then leaving people dry.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The reason I am giving low rating is the behavior of the owner. I went to buy a cycle and I am a new cyclist so was not well aware of what to look for in a cycle. The owner sold me Kross Impel 200 for 16,000 telling all the lucrtaive things about the cycle. When i came back home and looked on internet i got to know that the cycle is 2016 model. Said that, I was sold 4 year old model without even letting me know. Within 2 days my cycle gears stopped working and I took it to their shop for inspection. The owner denied to unload the cycle from my car and in very rude tone told me "cycle khud utarlo, bande khali nahi hai." despite the fact there was not even a single customer in the shop that time. All they want is to sell the old rotten stock to customers at high rates and loot them. Owners son is still decent but dont go to shop in presence of the uncle owner. He will do his best to spoil ur mood.

It was good, but if you really want to buy and want to invest for more, you need to have a budget of atleast 35k+ for real good quality. They have MTB, FTB, Hybrid and Road bicycle of Brands like Trek, Giant, firefox and polygon. All you need is a budget of atleast 35k.

I cycled from Belgium to Tbilisi. By taking my bicycle from Tbilisi to Delhi, something went wrong with my brakes and disc brake. First I went to decathlon, but they couldn't fix the problem. Then I came to this shop, because other worldtravellers by bicycle recommend that it's a good shop. They fixed my problem and finally I can cycle again, so I am happy. Thank you! Now I can finally travel again with my bicycle.

I am very confused at the time of purchasing cycle. It's my first bicycle and I haven't idea which type of bicycle good for long time riding, they suggest me very well. And I'm happy with them. Durga cycle have collection of all types of bicycles. As per your requirement 😆😘

I bought suncross racerstar 2.0 from Durga bike shop. I am very satisfied with my new bike and also with all the care taken to assemble and fit the bike for me. Staff are very cooperative and knowledgeable. Thanks

Owner is too busy in making youtube videos he doesnt attend the customer decently. Maine bola ki mujhe united ki cycle chayie toh mujhe polygon chipkane lag gya, he promotes selling cheap quality cycles only. Dont trust his words rather visit bike shop he gives genuine advice

Excellent Service. I bought Trek Marlin 4 on 13th May 2020 . The owner Mr. Rakesh himself came and delivered the cycle to my home. The rates are better then anywhere else and the service is awesome.
