DURGA CYCLES

It's one of the best places to get your new ride. Very Helpful staff and great service in terms of delivering the bike on time properly fitted and road ready.

I fully agree with all those mentioning the rude and arrogant behaviour of the manager/owner… the most rude person around… he seems to have grown too big for his shoes and thus arrogance and lack of customer respect has crept in…

The best experience. All kinds of bicycles available starting from the bottom to the top expensive range. Highly satisfying service from the staff as well as the owner. Home service also given. Highly recommended..

Best service & quality guarantee with Durga Cycle. Bought Bergamont Sweep - the best deal & trusted shop for any cycle. This is my 4th cycle over the years from them & go to place for my new cycle.

Owner doesn't know how to speak to customers, he is arrogant and they sell 3rd class cycle at very high price. Told you the truth, don't waste your money here. It is better to buy online than to buy from this shop

Best place to visit no matter you are beginner, mediocre or a pro cyclist. Wide array of cycles and accessories in different price range all together. Staff is well versed and so is the owner. Must visit to snatch a deal.

Being a cycling enthusiast, I appreciate like-minded people. Their knowledge about bicycles is commendable. Since 1 week, I was tensed about my roadbike’s hub getting free. I was told by 2 other shops that this issue couldn’t be resolved. But their technician knew exactly how to fix my bike’s issue. I mean, they fixed it in just 5 minutes. I appreciate that they understood my love for my bike. Kudoz Mayank (Owner) & Aalam (Technician)

Kudoz to Rakesh uncle (owner) for maintaining such good variety of bikes amidst these times when most bicycle shops have not more than a few bicycles left in display. Also, nowhere else in Delhi, could I find good quality car-rack (fitted on my car perfectly)

After sales service is pathetic.. we bought a cycle on Sunday and by Thursday it’s seat broke off .. went to get it replaced. The behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional .. got seat replaced by paying 1300 additional .. and not ready to make the bill of actual value of seat.. in short Avoid going to this place and find a better place to get value for your money ..

Finally I have purchased a geared bicycle after a long 20 years i.e. Firefox Tornado 27.5 D after having a conversation with Mayank. Durga Cycle is one of the best bicycle store in Delhi and the staff along with the store owner make your life easy to choose the correct one for you.
