Best shop to take bikes for racing endurance and all . The shop has all new stock with best services and the cycle which they suggest r the best . I have two bikes which I had taken from them and the bikes which I have r the best in the budget I had taken. Thanks to the owner and their workers .

Excellent Experience, and delighted by the customer attention by Mr. Mayank Malhotra, Mr. Sonu Singh. Happy Owner of Raleigh Terrain 10

Its a great place for cycling enthusiats, its a place where wide vatiety of cycles are there , for kids to pro cyclist will get their choice of cycle. Most importantly , at very attractive price and service is awsome. Meet “Mayank” over there , he ll guide you/ suggest you very good options.

Collection : 5/5 Staff Knowledge : 5/5 Readiness to listen to customer’s needs : 5/5 Behaviour : 5/5 One thing that I would want to highlight is that they were not trying to just sell the product, infact to my surprise, they were more keen on providing me the right product. Keep up the good work !!

Worst experience After sales service is very poor They don't know how to talk to the customer. Very rude behaviour after they sell the product. They don't attend to the complaint after selling the product. Biggest mistake i did that i bought my cycle from DURGA CYCLE STORE PASCHIM VIHAR

I am happy to have purchased my new bike “Firefox Volante” from Durga Cycles. I liked that they do customisations also, as per your requirement. I got my bicycle’s saddle changed to a gel-saddle and also the bicycle’s stem changed to an adjustable stem. The owner is himself a cyclist and is hence very knowledgable. Highly Recommended !!

It's my daughter's 6th birthday. And I gifted her the cycle from durga Cycles. And my 4th cycle from this store. And I got the same good service as I got at my 1st experience. Thank you durga Cycles. God bless you.
