Sunny cycle works

This post is regarding the Pathetic Bicycle Service by Sunny Cycle works. few months back i purchased 2 cycles for my kids of cost16000. surprisingly after 1 month issues started coming up in both the cycles like sound in brakes and chain issues. so i went to sunny cycle works to complain about this. but he did not take responsibilty. so after 1 month i was forced for paid cycle servicing. Recently on 20th Sep, i went again to complain about continuous noise from brakes and chain issue he charges 800 rs. and when i checked the noise was still coming from brakes when i complain to the owner of Sunny cycle works he simply told me that this cannot be repaired. I suggest to customers, who are willing to buy new cycles or looking for cycle service, to NOT to go Sunny cycles as they are cheating customers by giving low quality bicycles and high charges. they don't have competent cycle mechanics who can repair bicycles.

Don't even think to buy cycle from the i will prefer to buy cycle online or from other shop. Fraud business runed by Father and son. They first talk politely and if the costumer seems to not buy the cycle then they start talking rudely and almost misbehave. And say don't argue with me go somewhere else if you don't want. And the price are very high and if we search them online then the price will be different from 3000-5000rs thousands which is very much. If you buy any other stuff from them then they even don't exchange it or refund whatever happens 😠

I have bought a kid cycle.... I have satisfied with the seller.... Very nice explanation about cycle..... Great

Worst place for cycles. Using duplicate spares. Charges are high. If you are going for repairs, they'll suggest full servicing, which may not be required. They'll do half of the work for servicing. They had also put undersized tube for my cycle tyre. When I went for complaining, the owner/manager at the front desk simply denied the work was carried out at their store.

Really wonderful experience and the way Rahul has handled the query is nice. I really like the varieties of cycles available, experience has been really good.

Very Pathetic After Sale Service.... I purchased a Hero Kross Cycle on 8th March'21, during purchasing all staff and owner behaved so warmly and with pleasant smile. They asked to get the cycle rechecked within a month for any adjustment free of cost. I was totally impressed. But when I reached there for rechecking they applied so many terms and conditions for servicing, finally I had to return back without recheck. Now I have decided not to revisit this shop in future.
