They have a huge collection of cycles. I had to buy a scooter which I got easily.

I got my cycle serviced. I was new to them so i wanted to see what they are doing to my cycle. How they handle the bike and stuff. When i was standing next to my bike getting serviced they arrogantly told me to go away and come after an hour to collect the bike. I said i wanted to see what they are doing then another person came and violently made me sit on the couch Very bad experience Never go there for anything. Specially not servicing.

Got cycle repaired and service. Promised good work. Let’s see how it remains post using. Sad part. Really weird and bad attitude of the owner sitting on billing seat. No sense of customer dealing. Refused to take payments by credit card. It’s was 2400 rs. reason the bank takes 2 percent. Are we still in an era where shop keepers behave like this. It’s not that he refused but the way he argued and behaved made me feel like unwanted and insulted.

Cheater shop don't go guys ,Absolutely cheater, they have all the old bicycles with them. They have cheated me after giving a rusty bicycle. These bicycle rates are already high, they cheat in the name of 10% discount. All their accessories are fake, do not buy any goods from them. This will give you cheaper goods in the dacthlon and nearby local market. Guys avoid this cycle shop

no respect for customers, all they want is money. after you pay for the cycle there is no respect for service. they charge a terribly high price for simple things and the main staff man and owner is very rude. you'd be lucky waiting 30 minutes for just their attention, the owner is in himself very egoistic and hungry for money. do not buy from here, it was a big mistake and go to other stores for service, there are many in the vicinity.

Best cycle shop in delhi

They want to charge more and more money! Want to replace most of the cycle body parts. The mechanic is very polite and skilled but owners are rude and arrogant. You can find other good places where they actually address your problem without creating that bill.

they are providing bad service and poor quality of cycle. i purchased cycle before 6 month but it doesn't work properly and always suddenly puncture it when i told them about this then they said that do servicing everytime and for this they charge Rs 350 to 750 all time and repairing charge extra. my humble request is dont buy cycle from this shop.
