Very good experience. I am a regular customer and have never faced any issues yet with Bookswagon.In fact Bookswagon is the best online bookseller and more reliable than Amazon or Flipkart nowadays. Hats off to Bookswagon for such good delivery, excellent packaging of the books and responsiveness. Had ordered DK encyclopaedia of Herbal medicine, The complete Lord of the Rings and Hobbit Illustrated edition, Star wars 5,6 , Solo, Star wars Rise of Skywalker, Asterix complete boxed set, Asterix and the Vikings, The history of middle Earth boxed set Tolkein, and many others..All the books came in an excellent condition. Bubble wrapped and perfect quality. It was cheaper than Amazon as well. My only complaint is regarding the local delivery people in our area sometimes who occasionally come as they please, sometimes they try to come next day unless we sternly call and inform them to come. But so far all the deliveries have been satisfactory. No issues in not getting any parcel.

I had a good experience with Bookswagon. The book was delivered on time and in proper condition. Packaging was decent, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other platforms. Overall, a reliable place to order books online. Would definitely consider ordering again.

I have ordered a rare book which is related to nutritions of the body in my mother tongue (Tamil). It was too costly close to 2000 rupees. But the printing was so bad that lot of letters missed in printing which make it humanly unreadable. I tried to send it back but couldnt able to do so as not much info on return policies. I am sorry to write a review now as I totally lost due to my travel plans and hectic work schedules. But I kindly request BooksWagon team to check the authenticity and integrity of the vendors before adding them. Attached are couple of photos from the book. I end up in putting it in trash as no choice now.

Don't buy any books in this site. I bought one book and they shipped pocket type of same book which kids uses. The cover page is same but size is tiny. Also you can't return the book as status always shows as shipped even after it gets delivered.

Very impressed with their book delivery service. I order some educational books for an international exam and they delivered in time (12 days from date of order) and at an affordable rates. Reddit reviews were very helpful to make me place an order with BOOKSWAGON. Phone call were also promptly picked up and provides an update regarding the order. Thanksa lot BOOKSWAGON.

Delaying a shipment is one thing, sheer lax attitude and remorseless is more upsetting. I purchased thinking i shouldn’t order books off of big tech giants like Amazon (even if they ship in 4 days) and support more domestic businesses. This business is not worth it Wont be availing your services again.

Wonderful! As a user, I’ve been with BooksWagon for the past 2 years and have always had a great experience. This time, I’m especially happy to see the improved APP with a much better UI. It’s now even easier for book lovers to discover and access rare titles.

Bookswagon used to be a trusted seller but my recent experiences are really bad and it's getting worse and now thinking if I should place any orders in the future. In the last 3 months, partial order was cancelled with no notification or information. I have been waiting for almost a month and it was such a disappointment. The delivery being delayed. I can understand for international editions but even the ones that's available in India are delayed by 2 weeks. Will have to look for replacement options unless they improve and fix the fulfillment issue.
