Pathetic customer service team. My order was for four books, they miss two of them. Complete mix up in delivery also, tracking details wrong, delivery time also long, website also not accurate and refund procedures are hell. Finally after several emails they agreed for refund and instead of two books refund they proceed with one book refund. Quality of the 2 books what i received was very good and i am happy with that. But considering the mess up made by them, i will never ever suggest this company to any of my friends. And for others, If you can find any other trustworthy sources, please go for that. If you are ready to try your luck, proceed for this company. Nearing two months now from my order date. I didn't get my complete refund yet. Still waiting.

I have been ordering from Bookswagon regularly for 9 months now. The pros: Good collection of books. Some of the books are better priced than Amazon. Some books that are not available on any Indian sites are available. The cons: Delivery is the biggest hassle. There is a delivery fee of 39 Rs. per book, but the delivery is abysmal. The dates mentioned on the site are never adhered to. They send by third-party delivery partners, and for me it is always Delhivery which has given the worst delivery experience. My request to change the delivery partner for my area was attended by the customer service, but they did nothing about it. Only once, the book delivered was fake - a reprinted version in which the pictures were not clear. But this has happened on Amazon as well. The website and the app are messy with lots of bugs. All in all, a 'not-bad' book site if you are looking for alternatives to Amazon and are willing to wait for your books. But if you need prompt delivery, this is not the site for you.
