I have ordered a substantial number of books and card decks from Bookswagon. The service has been superb. The editions are original. Well-packed in cardboard boxes and bubble wrap. The price of international products is often significantly lower than in other online sites.
2 days back i wanted to learn some baking and ordered this book from Bookswagon. I did not expect delivery this fast! The book’s condition is pristine and it’s unblemished. I’ll recommend them for international editions as well.
Had a great experience with bookswagon got a amazing deals, delivery was on time!!
They should seriously consider opening physical stores. Their packaging and delivery via other sellers from Amazon is good. But they don't take up cod orders when they directly sell. Their delivery time is also too long without proper updates. Which gives the impression of possible frauds. Their biggest plus is availability of uncommon decks and books. That's why I suggest them opening physical outlets across the country so that they can build trust with the customer. That will only encourage repeat buys.
Reliable store for buying rare books at great price. This is the only online store in India where I was able to find the LOTR illustrated boxed set.
I ordered book from bookswagon and The book was delivered on time and is in excellent condition.Satisfied with the book quality.
First time order and received book on time.Book quality is awesome and price is less
Very happy with Bookswagon. Good quality books at affordable prices. Fast service and excellent discounts make it a perfect platform for book lovers.
I am new and purchased first time non-fiction book from here. The book is really premium and customer service is also great.Highly recommend to all booklovers.
I have ordered a Cambridge workbook for my daughter 3weeks back. I still didn’t receive it. Customer service is really horrible. The phone number is always busy and there is no reply for any mail. I don’t recommend to buy any book from this store. I feel I have been cheated. I wasted my money, I didn’t receive the book and my kid has exams starting tomorrow. Horrible service.
