I had a great experience with them. But with one order i had a terrible experience with them(delivery partner Amazon shipping). My book didn't deliver to me even after the delivery date had passed. The funny part is that I had contacted their customer care service seven times and every time they said that my order is going to be delivered today and that day never came and I mailed them a couple of times too but they didn't reply until i gave my review on Google. In the end when i didn't get my book I asked them to refund my money and I got the refund. See the good part about BOOKSWAGON is that they have plenty of titles (books) that you won't find anywhere else (preciously i am talking about graphic novels) and In my experience some of the books i am looking for which is available on another site too, is cheaper on Bookswagon. And on top of that the books are genuine (original) and not the pirated one and the condition of the books is top notch (at least in my experience). But their site(they don't update your order details), their backend, their delivery ( if your order is deliver then you are going to have a great experience but if you don't get your delivery then you r going to have a ride full of tension and stress) and especially their customer care service is not good. In my opinion besides their shortcomings they are still the best place to buy books online in India especially if you are looking for graphic novels and manga.

Items: 5/5 reasonable prices, genuine and good condition products, careful packaging and trusted courier partners Customer service : 3/5 I have brought more than 40 items from this website amounting more than ₹50k+ in past one year. two times i have had pathetic experience where the customer service took forever to resolve issue which was easy to manage but still took time and constant following up, got my refund after literally 20 days after pickup of wrong product . But they seem to improve every-time. Apart from that you get item in good condition and from trusted courier partners. If you get what you expect in the first go, good otherwise customer service is old school. But latest experience was good they took fast action so overall nice.

Loved Bookswagon for their services and have best experience with bookswagon so far. Their book delivery service is reliable and fast and shipping cost is also low in comparison of other i came to know so far. Recommended site to buy books online.

Cons Delivery time For me delivery time is not a big deal as I understand some of the titles that I ordered were imported. The bottomline, Bookswagon is by far the best online bookstore in India right now.

I ordered books online, fictional and interesting science books. The delivery was fast and the quality of books was excellent at a resonable price than other websites. Highly recommend for book lovers.

The service is terrible. Please be aware neither their website nor their app is functional properly according to their own customer service. They never update any status of your order properly...nor they will intimidate you about the refunds/returns. You are constantly stuck in loop of calling cs for updates and refund. I ordered few books well none reached me. I had to call their cs again and again to get my refund. I really feel this is a scam and they need to be more transparent with communication. Also another red flag they charge you for shipping and don't even use express services.. package will take more than 7 days to reach you. Order at your own risk theres a fat chance you will never recieve your order. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered the book 1929 by Andrew rick sorkin from bookswagon on 21st October as it was out of stock on almost all the online sites. This is my first order from them and i was really skeptical to buy from them but i just received the order now and it is 100% original international UK edition. I think bookswagon will be my go to site from now on for newest international editions.
