BooksWagon : India's Largest Online Bookstore

I ordered the books and received them before the expected delivery date... Happy for the service 😀 …

Update: Finally was able to get hold of their customer care team and got my order cancelled. Refund took another 4-5 to reflect in my bank account. They have only a single line single number for customer care which is why most of the time I got busy tone. All in all if you are in a hurry avoid ordering from them or order via Amazon or Flipkart so that there are no hassles. Original Review: Avoid this place if you can. Non existent customer service, no order tracking or updates. Still waiting to get my order cancelled which was in processing state since 8 days of placing the order.

This is my first time ordering from Bookswagon. Have to say, i’m really impressed with the fast dispatch time and delivery. Items arrived before the expected dispatch and date alloted on website. It was a seamless experience down to the courier( Bluedart). The items were brand new and packaged with care in bubble wrap and arrived in excellent condition. I felt like a kid in a candy store when i received my packages today. The prices are fair and are discounted too. You can track your package status through their website and also check your registered email for the tracking number. All in all, a wonderful seamless experience. I’m definitely purchasing more stuff. Highly recommend Bookswagon :) GO GO Bookswagon!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered The Art of Horizon Zero Dawn from them. This was my first order from them, so I was a little apprehensive, but after reading reviews, I decided to take a chance. The book was cheaper than what was being offered on Amazon or other e-commerce websites. The book was imported, shipped and delivered all before the estimated time they provided. There was not a single scratch on the book. They responded and answered all queries. The entire process was very smooth. I will definitely buy from them again. Overall a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work.

This is a good store for books . Highly recommend to all book lovers.

Bookswagon is a great online store for a diverse collection of books! The packaging is flawless and delivery prompt! You can headover to my page to see unboxings of their packages too, handle is @lingering_lines 🌻 …

Their website displays numerous books, many of which are discounted. However, in reality, they seem unable to fulfill all orders promptly. In my case, I had to request a cancellation after waiting over two weeks for them to dispatch my order. Fortunately, I received a refund soon after canceling. Exercise caution when ordering from them, as their reliability does not match that of a major retailer like Amazon.

BooksWagon, has truly outdone themselves with their giveaway gifts! The hamper box was thoughtfully curated, reflecting both elegance and attention to detail. From the packaging to the selection of items inside, everything exuded quality and sophistication. It’s evident that a lot of effort went into making this a memorable experience. A big shoutout to BooksWagon for their generosity and for delivering such a premium experience!

I love to read fiction books and recently purchased and received 2 books within 3 days from Bookswagon. The books quality is very good and bubble wrapped .I am reading and wil ordered next book soon.

This book store is absolutely awful. I'm a medical student. I ordered an OBG book. My posting is about to end and the book hasn't been delivered yet. Moreover, the customer care people aren't picking up my calls! 😡😡😡 …
