Just got my berserk volumes delivered today. The quality is top notch and packaging was good too. But the main problem is the delivery time. I order it on 20th April and got after a long wait of 24 days on 14 th May. But it was worth the wait...

Hi, I had ordered a book on 3rd September & received it on 6th September…happy to receive it before the delivery date mentioned & the book is brand new. I am very happy with my first purchase plus I got it on a discounted price as compared to the price mentioned on other sites. Hoping & wishing them best that they consistently provide the best experience to their customers.

I have bought 3 books from you all came in good condition. is it possible to buy directly from your store location if the book is in stock. because even in stock the book takes 5 to 6 days to deliver

I ordered a book on 30th January which they cancelled without any prior warning. The amount has been deducted from my account but there's no sign of the package or refund. It's going to be almost a month. It's very difficult to get hold of the customer service and they don't respond to emails. People had good experiences with Bookswagon and I've not been so fortunate. Avoid this place if you don't want to take chances with your money.

I ordered two books from bookswagon. I was a little skeptical when i read the reviews but since i couldn't find those books anywhere else i ordered from bookswagon. I received both of them in 8-9 business days. The quality of the books were excellent, it didn't look cheap to me at all. They also have a good range of books that is often not available on other online bookstores. Despite the covid-19 situation i got them on time. Very happy with the service.

This is my first time ordering from Bookswagon. Have to say, i’m really impressed with the fast dispatch time and delivery. Items arrived before the expected dispatch and date alloted on website. It was a seamless experience down to the courier. The items were brand new and packaged with care in bubble wrap and arrived in excellent condition.

THE BEST place to buy comics, graphic novels & manga in India (in terms of both price AND packaging). Only negative is that most orders will take 3 weeks minimum because they're imported (but this in turn saves you from getting stuck with one of those counterfeit/fake manga rampantly circulating on Amazon & Flipkart). Also, it should be kept in mind that "Return/Refund" for imported orders may not be possible. But hey - considering how awful pricing & ESPECIALLY packaging has become for books ordered from Amazon, I'd say Bookswagon deserves 5 stars even just from those categories alone!
