I bought a book from Bookswagon and recieved in 4 days but unfortunately book was wrong,so I returned and recieved right book in 3 days.Thaks for the fast delivery and smooth service.

I ordered a book on 1st february only to get cancelled by them on 5th of february. Highly disappointed with them. I was waiting patiently even when they have mentioned it will be delivered by 12th of february. If the book was out of stock, they shouldn't even have accepted the order. Regretting the moment I ordered the most awaited book of this year from this. Please whoever is thinking of buying from their site, please do confirm from them about the book stock.

Delivery is good. Prices are relatively lower than other sites, in case of product unavailability they issue refund on their own which is good , but , their support team does not respond to queries ( this thing feels awkward). Update : Support by email and calls is now being done fairly.

This is really very trustworthy online book purchasing website.I always purchase books here.There are lots of books category available here along with reasonable prices.Book quality, customer services and delivery are also good.Don't need to go book Shop just order books online from bookswagon.

The best place to get the greatest books, especially the ones that don't show up or remain out of stock on the major online sellers. I always prefer their website to get good hardback editions of my favourite books. Excellent customer service, prompt refunds if you decide to cancel and book always arrives in perfect condition, in excellent packaging.

[Four stars for my second order ] [3 stars for first order] It was my first order on bookswagon & after 16 days they cancel my order , icing on the cake is you have to wait for 4 days or more for refund process. I m still waiting for the amount to be reflected in my bank account, hope i get my money back. So if you are impatient one don't order from bookswagon . They will not deliver product witihin 14-15 days.In my case i have to wait for almost 20 days or more . I ordered the book because of all the good reviews about site , so beware guys its tricky . I'm ordering another book from bookswagon so stay tune for another review. The customer service is good . Update - I got my money back after 4-5 days. So my second order went great, i found a very rare book called crimson peak the art of darkness. It was only available at bookswagon and book came with a slight dent after 14 days but book was brand new and in great condition , so i ignored the little dent. The book is currently out of print and i don't think it will be available soon. Thank you bookswagon for this rare gem.If anyone wants to buy books from this site go for it , its just that you have to wait for 15 days but go for it guys it's worth it . Ps - There packaging is quite good.

Awsome experience... These books are best.. Top level Page Quality Print quality is best so easy to understand. Shipping charges are also okay Received within 3 days.

Being purchasing from them since last 3.5 years the only place to get imported books especially comics graphic novels which you cannot really find easily in India. There packaging is really good except for heavy books which requires additional protection at edges especially for books which are more than 2kg. Hopefully they start doing packaging a bit differently for heavier books.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! This is the worst place to buy online, they sell products they don't have in stock. So before buying it says "if you buy today it will be on your door in 2 days" Then when you buy it says "the package will arrive in 3 weeks or more". The next problem comes when you ask for a refound: they just delay it saying they already started the refound and it will be on your bank account in 3 work days. My product never arrived neither the refound. And when you call to the customer service, they are rude and hung up the phone when you ask for your product!!!
