Rating is for the app. No proper delivery updates or correct dates are shown on app. If product is delivered,it doesn't get updated on the app.its very slow and no help section exists( or couldn't find even if it's there).As a user I need to see updated information about my purchases.Also the book measurements given on the site are not correct.

I have ordered 2 books , its been 3 weeks none of the books have been delivered, no one answers phone call, their ai customer help doesnt help . No refund given . They are showing one order cancelled and one order shipped . They havent delivered any book and havent refunded any money and arent even available to provide any solution. Beware its a SCAM . I will notify cyber cell My only option is to go to consumer court . But for approx 1500 bucks spending so much time becomes difficult. This is what they are s doing looting people . Dont buy from them. I'll drag them to court. Its a scam app.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BooksWagon. I ordered a book with high expectations, but even after waiting for more than 10 days, it could not be delivered to my address. This was not just a delay—it caused me significant inconvenience and completely ruined my experience as a customer. As someone who genuinely values books, I trusted BooksWagon to deliver on time, but unfortunately, they failed to meet even the basic expectation of delivery. This experience has left me frustrated and has seriously affected my trust in the company. I sincerely hope BooksWagon improves its delivery service and customer support so that no other customer has to face the same disappointment.

I ordered the Bhagavad Gita from Bookswagon, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The book was delivered on time, properly packed, and in excellent condition with good print quality. Been buying books from Bookswagon regularly for a long time. Good prices, genuine books, and delivery has been reliable in my experience. Packaging is usually neat and the collection is much better than most sites. One of my go-to places for buying books online.

More often than not, box sets or expensive books come in damaged. They offer a 5% cashback or return in lieu of that, if you have a video of the unboxing. After a month of eagerly awaiting the books delivery (their usual delivery timelines), both the options are a loss for the customer reader.

They are selling reprinted books for the price of actual book. Infact most of the online sellers are doing this in Flipkart and Amazon. But in those case price will have a huge discount. Only thing they are different is that the reprinted book's paper quality and printing is fair enough, but cannot justify the premium price they are demanding saying its international edition which is a scam. They normally take 10 days to ship which I doubt is the time they are taking to reprint the placed order in their press. Paper cutting is not aligned, but paper quality is not bad. I got many blank pages at the end also(no pages lost though). If you are looking for tech books, buy from original publisher's online eShop even there is a premium of some 500 to 1000 for a 3000+ INR book. I feel cheated and never buy from Bookswagon. Only reason I gave 2 star is because the paper quality is fair enough. But the reprinted book should have cost me 50% less than what I paid.

I have been experiencing a good time with bookswagon so far. Everytime I order any book, the experience is always smooth. The listed price is fair. The collection of books available across the different categories is also nice. The features in the app are also good and I always receive my product on time as it is mentioned on the website or app itself. Sometimes it gets delivered early. So overall I must suggest Bookswagon to all users out there.
