I had some issues with the delivery date. They keep on changing the delivery date and then when I contacted them, they clarified that it was a customs issue related to the import of my item. They finally delivered the item in good condition.

Very good experience in customer support and book quality. Highly suggested to others.

Please don't ever buy books from this website.I have had the most pathetic experience with them.There were 3 books that I ordered and I received one wrong book instead of 3 books.The team has not sorted my issue until date.They refunded me a wrong amount.Its a chaos and they don't respond or get back on time as well. I would like to add that I received the refund amount completely today.Thank you for rectifying the issue. However I won't be placing an order again here.

Wanted a few philosophy books that were unavailable in India and I was able to get them from Bookswagon at an amazing price. Will be referring to them for the future as well. Also, their books are almost always cheaper on their own website than on Amazon which probably adds its own markup on top of Bookswagon's price. Highly recommended, especially if the book isn't available in India. Positive Value

I ordered a book 26th of June,2020 and they charged my card. After 22 days they cancelled my order for no reason. In between those days I emailed them about my order and they replied me I would definitely get the book within 2,3 business days. But, after 22 days they increased the price of that book and cancelled my order. Though book is still showing on their portal and they told me it is out of stock. I haven't face any worst experience ever in my life. Very cheap kind of business. Negative Professionalism

I just received All you need is kill all-in-one edition, The packaging and the condition of manga is so good and rates are low than Amazon and flipkart. But the delivery isn't good, They should provide delivery guy contact number and obviously an offline payment option but still it is better than other online manga markets. Must buy

Customer care team called an explained the cancellation reason and promised to send an automated email , going forward, with Cancellation reason/ regret or apology to every customer, before cancelling a product. Hence changing review to 4 stars Original Review: 1 star Ordered a book on 30th Aug for 2647 . Expected delivery dates were 18-20th Sep . On 10th Sep , they cancelled the order without any prior intimation or reason . But the book is still active on their website with a new price of 3010 Rs or so . If the product was inactive , it could be understandable. Also no emails , intimation or apologies for cancelling the order , unless you put a request to customer care , after they cancel your order . Customer care later told cancellation due to product not available, but the product was active still on their website . If you have specific plans or gifting needs , think twice .

Horrible experience ! I have ordered a book on Amazon ' The Most important comic book on earth ' it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I got a message saying the pack is stuck in customs and then I get a message saying Order running late but expected today and then the same thing. The order never arrives. They cannot be contacted neither can I trace the delhivery tracking order number as it cannot find my shipment. It was a gift and I m suffering here ! Never order from them on Amazon or anywhere

Was looking for a copy of Pachinko by Min Jin which apparently is no longer being published in India. Tried all the premium book stores in Mumbai and Delhi but none of them had it. What added to my disappointement was that Amazon's delivery time was around 20 days. Finally decided to call bookswagon and they delivered a copy in Mumbai in 12 days. Very satisfied with their professional approach. On their website, I could see the complete shipping details, from placing the order till dispatch. For rare findings, this is the place to call.

I ordered a book directly from their website which showed the cover of the first edition but they shipped me the cheaper latest edition which is sold much less in amazon & flipkart.
