Worst shopping experience ever. It's been over a month since I ordered 2 books and the best info about it I have yet is that 1 book has been shipped, but tracking shows its going to another city. Customer service takes days to reply, and don't seem to realise how obvious the problem is that the delivery has been delayed by 2 weeks beyond the estimated time, with still no clue about it.

I made an order recently. No acknowledgement email of the order, no order number or order status. No reply even when I email you. Is it a real bookstore or a farzi website. Update: in your reply you ask for my order ID. Am I writing in German? My complaint is that you have not given me any order ID. How can I share it when I don't have it. I emailed you with the payment gateway receipt( which is all I have as you have not sent any order acknowledgement email) and yet you have not replied to it.

Books quality is good and price is also less. Delivered within 3 days.I am so happy.

Unprofessional customer service and not worth buying from here I wanted to get some books that were not available from other online sellers and wanted to inquire about the Cash on delivery option that they have as I couldn't choose it while placing the order so I called them , the lady who answered my call just said no and cut the call didnt even bother explaining why , so I paid with card and made an order. Few days later the price of my order was reduced and I wanted to get another book so i called them again once again a lady picked up and asked my order number without me explaining first , when I went to explain she cut the call again and pick answer further calls. If you want manga/LN or other books, bookswagon is a much better option for now in India, cheap as well. If you care about the quality of your book and the reading experience, don't hesitate to buy them here unlike amazon where some books arrive in a condition you fear the most. Yes I learned that the hard way. So yeah good service.

This the worst company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They sent me a damaged book and they have a nonrefundable policy. After discussing this with them over and over they assured me they will replace the book once they receive the damaged one. They do not provide the pickup service also and told me that the courier charges will be reimbursed. I trusted them and dispatched the damaged book and as soon as they received it they told me they will not replace it anymore and no courier charges were reimbursed. This is how they scam the customers with their fake promises and awful service. I’ve already filed a complaint with the consumer department regarding this.
