Just to warn EVERYONE! The people writing reviews below me are employees of the company. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF DELIVERING AN ORDER ON TIME. I received my order 30 min, after the allotted 3 hour slot, which further delayed me going to work. There was no notification for delay, or even awareness of the fact that the order was delayed. FRUGIVORE is a fraud co. that doesn't take any responsibility for the their incorrect actions towards their customers. Their competition is far more reliable than they have proven to be. The customer relations agent spoke to me very rudely, and wasn't receptive to any of the complaints i raised. IF I COULD GIVE THEM LESS STARS THAN 1 I WOULD

life savers in lock down, they were the only store functioning for veggies, and they provided amazing quality veggies. Very commendable. some improvement suggestions: onion quality would be better if they give red onion, ginger also would be better if they give without thread variety, and garlic Chinese, was not big that is usually is.

Horrible experience...no order is delivered but its showing delivered...no response on the number given...waste of time and money...pls don't trust them...

Ordered vegetables such as snake gourd and banana stem which are not easily available in Gurgaon. All online payment modes are available, delivery can be scheduled in advance and they have lot of options. Quality of vegetables was good. Happy with the overall experience and will order again

This is a one-stop shop where you can find any vegetarian thing you eat. I am a vegetarian and the quality of vegetables and fruits delivered is fresh and of best quality. I had multiple instances where I can not find an specific local or imported vegetable/fruit elsewhere, but is available at Frugivore.

Royal gala and Fuji are my favourite apples and I couldn’t find them in my nearby local market but Frugivore have both of these apples always available and that too with a very good quality. I order every 3rd day from them. Also, basic Indian veggies are also of good quality.

I would love to give them 5 Stars , but 1 Star less because of their customer care / Return policy. Use this portal to order exotic Fruits and vegetables , the things which we dont usually find in regular fruit market or regular fruit shop. Pricing is competitive , you pay whatever the market rate is or sometimes 10-20% less than market. Quality : In 85% of the cases , quality is Good , but in the remaining 15% of the cases , if the product is substandard , their customer care is reluctant for returns/refunds. There is an option for order comments where you can tell how ripe / unripe / raw fruit you need. In short , a Website for Uber-Rich people , who want nothing but the BEST IMPORTED FRUITS AND Vegetables , all year round.

Frugivore: Shop at your peril! 1. Referred someone who purchased from them, yet no referral bonus was received by both of us. 2. 3 out of 4 orders had issues: Delayed delivery, missing items, stale items and wrong items. 3. Missing items were not refunded on there own despite Frugivore having it documented in their system. Frugivore expects the customer to followup and claim for the refund! This is their response "Occasionally it happens that items are missing from the orders received by customer which is beyond anyone control and which is not a willful action neither is it due to negligence. In most of such cases we are not aware about the issue till the customer informs us formally. The moment it is highlighted formally to the customer care, we make full refund which was done in this case as well. " 4. Promised call back was not received. 5. A detailed email was written to their CEO and a service recovery was sorted. A refund for all the missing, stale and wrong items has been provided but a service recovery is out of question! 6. I am waiting for my refund to be credited back post which I will be deleting my account with them. I hope this review helps you save time and money during this pandemic!

DO NOT ORDER FROM FRUGIVORE. Its been more than 2 months since the scheduled delivery time for the prepaid order, neither they delivered the ordered items nor they are providing any information regarding when it will be delivered. There is no response on the customer care number. After raising the complaint they provided a whatsapp number for getting further details and the number doesn't exist.

I placed my first order on Furgivore relying upon the excellent reviews online. However, I am quite unhappy to say that the quality of the vegetables did not match my expectations and the hype. Bananas were overripe, Mushrooms were getting brown etc. I don't think I will be ordering again. If they don't have quality control over a vegetable like onions, i don't know where do they source their products from.
