Misleading reviews to attract customers when actual service is below par. Kindly check out the number of reviews by the people giving 4/5 stars. Its their own people or employees doing it to get better ratings on google. Kindly refrain from ordering from here as they have no idea about delivery services and then behave rudely when you raise a grievance. See the reviews people have written genuinely, (which are mostly negative) and you would know what they really are. Better grocery delivery apps/services out there with hands on customer support Avoid them at all costs.

At first, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a new website but then I chose cash on delivery and I was really impressed by their service. They generally deliver the next day but I got my favourite sourdough from Theobroma from them and also, they had some nice avocado salad which my siter and I loved having. By the taste of their produce, you can easily tell that they deliver fresh products.

I bought celery stem from them because they specifically had a different product listed which is just the stem part of celery and it was really fresh and juicy. It was perfect for my smoothie and since 2019 i have been ordering from them and the amazing part is that they maintain the quality which is a hard thing to do in fresh products because I have always been disappointed by other e-commerce brands in this regard. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using Frugivore every once in a while since more than a year. Especially to order Exotic items majorly like Avocados & Berries. It has always been on time delivery and quality is great. In like tonnes of orders, only once I had delivery issue and they promptly sorted it out to my satisfaction. Hope they continue this level of service & I'll continue ordering & praising them.

Sadly there’s no negative rating to give to this business. I placed orders for 2 days with the slot 5-8 PM & both the days they cancelled it saying your phone was unreachable. This message came at 2:13 PM, before my slot hours

Very poor, not Fresh , bad service, no replacement...They sell rotten and raw, fruits. Never buy buy from .Not recommended.
