I was amazed to see regional veggies like spinach Kashmir and banana flower on their website. I tried hard to find it elsewhere but they weren’t available anywhere else. The best part being that their prices are also really good considering the quality they offer.

I ordered some saplings for my garden during lockdown although I was really unsure of how they would come out but they were really good and It was like a heaven for me to see so many other plants and saplings that I could order for next day delivery from them. Now half of my garden is filled with the plants I ordered from them.

Generally do not post reviews, but have found Frugivore to be good quality and good delivery person (Mr. Ravi). Keep up the good work! For those who complain about short supplies, please note it happens all the time with Amazon Fresh and BigBasket as well. It's the nature of this particular business, perhaps. So far, Frugivore has exceeded expectations.

Melon was not delivered fresh. When I complained and sent the image still they refused to even acknowledge that the product is not fresh forget about the refund. 1 piece of melon costed us Rs 78.Terrible service. Stay away. Also 2 to 3 times more expensive than market price.

I ordered 8 avacado but they deliver only 4 as shown in the picture. It's been a week neither they have deliver the item nor refund my money. Worst part there is no customer service phone number at the moment. They keep promising will deliver the item but they fail to deliver. This is a pathetic customer service. I was satisfied in my previous order and I trusted the company but I was wrong. Will never order again from this shop. Please refund my money as soon as possible

Horrible customer service process..twice asparagus ordered has been dried or less than ordered quantity. HAAS avocados ordered large and small, paid different prices for both, received non-HAAS and same size. Total misleading...written email to customer complaint with pictures. Now they want whatsapp message with pictures as if the customer has nothing else to do...typical red taped organisation. They will be left behind very soon as customers start dropping...

They have the best exotics available. The quality is great and orders delivers perfectly on time. You can order all your essentials from them. They have imported products as well, that makes it a perfect site to order from.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent order delivery experience, which was scheduled to be delivered between 8 AM and 11 AM on 20th May. At 10:50 AM, I contacted Rachna from customer service as the app showed no updates. She assured me she would check and update me within 10 minutes. However, I did not receive any follow-up. I called again at 11:30 AM, and Rachna informed me that she had spoken to the team and the order would be delivered by 12 PM. Feeling frustrated, I decided to contact the delivery person directly. He mentioned that he had just received the order and would deliver it by 2 PM. This discrepancy was very disappointing, as Rachna had not provided accurate information. When I expressed my concerns to Rachna about the misinformation and delays, she attributed it to traffic issues. I requested to escalate the matter to a senior executive, but she claimed she was the only available representative and that senior staff are not available on calls. This experience highlighted a lack of adherence to an escalation matrix, customer service protocols, and proper follow-ups. I am genuinely concerned about how such issues are being handled and how these processes are impacting customer satisfaction.

I have ordered twice from this seller..both times they sent the item from a completely different brand and then they tell you that usually we check before sending an alternative if your ordered product is not available..but both times they never even tried contacting. They think that cheese is cheese.. doesn't matter which brand you order and which brand you receive.

In all cases CHOOSE CASH ON DELIVERY. This site is a sham. The delivery guy doesn’t pick your calls. Better to order from other sites which are consistent. Waited all day for an order, tried reaching out no response. Honest advice do not order from this site. Most 5 star reviews seem to be fake.
