I am an old customer. Earlier during my posting in Delhi I used to avail delivery through their local NCRservice. I am glad they have now started All India delivery and I have started placing orders from my current residence post retirement from Ludhiana. The products undoubtedly are of good quality, securely packaged and competitively priced. I wish they enlarge the range.

Service totally lacking. Delivery never on time, on 3 occasions . Online system of ordering doesn't work. Doesn't label the items.Difficult to tally bill with items. Mistakes are made between order and delivery. One man show. Won't spend a paisa on calling the customer. Surviving on past performance. Products OK, unless your order is large you will not get delivery on time

I purchased dry fruits online . The food items are really good and best of quality though i was not sure at placement of order. Keep it up and also i would recommend to put picture catalogue as well for variety at fist glance.

They have decent quality products. The person who calls for your order confirmation talks sweetly. BUT the process they follow is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered for some item for INR 600 but didn't get any information for next few days. Then once, when nobody was at home, I got a call from that person that he is sending the product that day itself. I asked him to come to some other day as nobody was home. But after that I never got any call/product. Thanks

I had a great experience with them while I was looking to gift dry fruits in Gurgaon on their website. Excellent quality of products. I had dry fruits delivered for Diwali and it was way better than the services offered by gift portals. That are also easily accessible. The phone is answered promptly and courteously and they consider special requests if any.

I am very pleased with the purchase. I must say the quality offered is top of the line for e.g. size of Clove, Black cardamom was double the one we get from online groceries sites. Pro's - Quality, Quantity and delivery. Con's - I feel prices are bit high but worth a spend looking at quality. It will be nice if more discounts can be offered. Trust me guys, this is not a paid promotion but being a user I suggest you all to give them a try..you won't regret...!!!

In December I was searching for a website where I can get dried berries for my Christmas cake and then I found dilli grocery. They delivered the product next day only and the quality was very good and price was also reasonable. Last month also I ordered almond and pista flakes, again they delivered on time. For some reason I had a discussion with shop owner he helped me. He was very polite and cooperative. 5* for quality, price and on time delivery. Thank you so much

Bought dry fruits and jaggery. All items were good quality. Price is also reasonable. I stay in Bangalore. Purchased online. Owner responsiveness is awesome. He tracks item at Personal level Happy to purchase :)

Third-class service and arrogant staff!! False and misleading claims about products and services. Should not be trusted, and it is just a trap for free harassment!! Avoid at any cost.
