Ease of ordering Prompt delivery Online payment option was available even order was COD Only thing which is felt was more options should have been available while viewing cashews. Otherwise it's awesome to have khari baoli dryfruits available online.

It was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and prompt response. Delivery was made in the afternoon while order was placed in the morning. Quality of Gurbandi Giri supplied was bad. Giri used to be soaked in water overnight for peeling off outer skin and eating Giri. A white foam used to get formed in water in which Giris were soaked and Giris used to become very sticky in hand. Supplier advised to buy from other dealer which was done & this problem was not found.

Horrible both the times. First order for approx Rs.1700 qualified for free delivery but had to pay Rs. 50. Items delivered were wrong and no replacement was made despite receiving payment. For (recently received) second order amounting to Rs. 6500 (approx.), had to pay delivery charge of Rs. 200 !!!! Rates of items are inconsistent, with most of them being over priced in the second order. Grains have live pests. Dals have stones and other particles. Polite man on the phone, keeps cribbing 'order bahot thoda sa hai, quanity badhaiye'. FYI, I had ordered for 60 Kgs of wheat, along with 2-3 kilos each of rice and various types of pulses. The order also has masalas and variety of flours. Highly unprofessional.

Been ordering for the last one year. Good quality at competitive rates. The owner attends to customer calls and issues personally. Replacement/adjustment of wrongly delivered items in ncr could be faster.

First ordered I placed was around Rs 9000. I ordered dry fruits but the quality of the some product was completely bad so i gave them another chance and this time I ordered grocery item which was near around 2100 of rupees. Its been 2 days no one called when and whether or not they are going to deliver it.. I have no trust in dilli grocery. Its better to walk down khari baoli by myself and bring 100 percent best product from shop no. 15 They sell best quality of grocery in delhi.
