The dairy products quality is indeed good but do not order veggies or anything from here its very bad quality. The main issue here is their customer support team who are sitting there just to harass people and waste peoples time. No good has ever come out of talking to them. They will just give false promises and waste your time, I never got anything even after following up 10 times and raising a daily ticket. Also issues like partial order delivery are there. So if you have so much free time and patience to call them each day raise tickets and tolerate their nonsense go ahead as it comes along in the package.

As i am customer of doodhwala farms , i have bought prepaid order of coconut monthly pack and one prepaid pack of milk. In their policy they didnt disclose daily delivery charge anything like. Now they are charging on daily basis forcing customer buy another subscription to waive the same. Cheating customer heavily . Please dont buy there products and product quality also not good

I have had a very good experience with Doodhvale Milk. The milk is fresh, rich in taste, and consistently good in quality. Delivery is usually on time, and the packaging is hygienic. It feels much fresher compared to many regular milk brands available in the market. Overall, Doodhvale is a reliable choice for daily milk needs, and I would highly recommend it.

The moment the package is delivered, they wash their hands of all accountability. Whether your items arrive completely damaged, broken, or half the order is missing—THEY DO NOT CARE. You will be left staring at damaged goods with zero support and zero accountability. ​To the management: I am done. I am never ordering from you again. These bastards are putting urea in milk. I just did the milk testing and it turned green for urea. Never ever buy any product from this company. I am gonna report you guys officially.

I have been using doodhvala farms from past few months however from past 2 months my order is not delivered fully. They post that they delivered complete order however instead of 5 packets only 4 packets of milk is delivered. We have been raising this issue to the customer service however they have not been providing any solution to this. The delivery boy doesnt deliver the order properly and we have been losing 50rs packet every now and then.This is such a shame to the app and to the team of #dhoodvalafarms. There delivery agent is a thief. We cant trust a platform where there is no one to provide resolution to this. We have been raising this concern to the team from past 2 months. I would recommend viewers and readers not to buy from dhoodvala farms.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to register a formal consumer complaint against Doodhvale Farms for unfair trade practices, arbitrary policy changes, and the denial of my rightfully earned referral rewards. Under the company's previous referral policy, I was promised a cash reward for each successful referral. Based on those terms, I successfully referred my friends and accumulated a total reward of Rs. 150. However, the company recently changed its referral policy and is now unfairly applying these new terms retroactively. As a result, they are refusing to credit the Rs. 150 that I had already earned under the old policy. I contacted their customer support team to resolve this issue and spoke with a representative named Pushpa. She clearly stated that I would not receive my Rs. 150 because of the recent policy change. This is unacceptable, as the referrals were made while the old reward policy was still active. To support my claim, I have attached the following evidence to this email: - Call Recording: An audio recording of my conversation with Pushpa, where she denies the payout. - Screenshots: Images of my "Refer & Earn" dashboard showing my referral progress, the rewards earned, and the contradictory terms displayed on the app. I request the National Consumer Helpline to kindly intervene in this matter. A company cannot arbitrarily change its policies to deny customers rewards they have already earned. Furthermore, due to the mental harassment and the time wasted trying to resolve this issue, I am demanding compensation of Rs. 1,000 in addition to the release of my rightful Rs. 150 reward. Rating it low because of bad buffalo milk quality -Thin milk You can't rach to their Customer Care through call or WhatsApp support. Only option left is email. Too early (5AM) delivery Lucrative offer (free milk 7-16 days) but with worst quality. No benefit of free. When you cancel their subscription they charge you for all free milk deliveries. Upon asking for refund from wallet amount - deduction of 1.5% something as processing fee. The worst part - Customer Service Supervisor (Pooja) does not have sense to talk to customer. When call transferred, her first comment was "I can't do anything what agent already explained". With such experiences, not worth buying anything from doodhvale.

Poor service provider with misleading commitments. Their executive, Mr. Himanshu, committed to providing Buffalo Milk on a trial basis as a freebie. However, Classic Cow Milk was delivered instead. Additionally, extra charges were applied from the second day of delivery without proper clarification or consent. Despite repeated follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp messages, Mr. Himanshu has remained unresponsive and has shown no willingness to resolve the issue. It appears that false promises are being made merely to acquire new customers, which is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I also attempted to contact their customer support team multiple times, but no one answered the calls. This complaint is not primarily about the monetary loss; it is about the poor service quality, lack of accountability, and failure to honor commitments made to customers. I would not recommend this service unless they significantly improve their customer support and business practices.
