This a complete fraud milk delivery system, with dubious quality milk, and absolutely no customer service. People simply lie on face, and supply milk of dubious quality, when confronted, they simply stop taking phone calls, and its absolutely impossible to reach out to them

Bought 2 litres of Ghee . The most useless Ghee I have ever tasted . They are just fleecing gullible public with 1+1 offer . I suggest don't buy

They deduct the money and don't do real delivery. There have been events when I haven't received a milk bottle and the amount was deducted. When I asked for a refund of my walled money, they deducted 1.5% and all the wallet cashback, etc from the wallet money and then refunded after weeks of struggle. Not a customer friendly brand at all. I will also log a complaint on online governing forums.

First time in my life I have seen brown milk after 1 boil. The milk quality was good for an year, but lately it has gone down to drains. These guys are trying to expand, give full page ads in newspapers but they don't really concentrate on their core product which is milk. Milk smells bad, tastes bad and looks bad. Has a layer of water on top of it after boiling. Whole cream is brownish and float over layer of water, underneath which there is milk which looks like brown powder mixed in water. These guys even close the ticket as resolved even when the iasue is not resolved. Not sure if the owner of this company even cares about the customers or reads the reviews. I raised a ticket on 31st May wbich was marked resolved. But the quality didn't improve. On 16th June, after observing the milk for 15 days I have cancelled my subscription and raised another ticket. Interesting thing is that within 15 days they have got more than 5k compaints for various reasons. I am sure most would be related to milk quality. Amul's quality is way better at this point than them. Looks like this doodhvala is in competition with my society's doodhwala's milk quality. He also doesn't listen and improve, these guys are also the same. Even one notch higher, as they give false promises that they will improve but they don't. Please avoid them and search for some other brand.

Upon attempting to boil it, the milk curdled immediately and its color changed, indicating that it was already spoiled before it reached me. Furthermore, given the unusual reaction, I have serious concerns that this milk may not be genuine or authentic. This is a significant quality issue, as the product is completely unusable. I request you to look into this matter immediately to ensure better quality control and to verify the purity of your supply, as I expect fresh and safe products. Fraud, they charge small cart fee in coconut subscription also. You'll have to add more than 100 rupees extra items to get delivered a subscription coconut.

Pathetic experience!! Firstly their app is so glitchy, they delivered me one kg of ghee without ordering and deducted 1099 from my wallet. When I complained about this it took them 4-5 days for arranging a pick up and even after pick up my refund is not being initiated. Its more than 15 days now and no response. Their customer care number never gets picked up and they randomly close the registered complaint tickets without actually resolving them. Also they promised me that the price for subscribed milk delivery would remain fixed at Rs37 per half ltr, total 148 for 2lt. That was increased to rs40 per pack without informing the customer and continuously started deducting 160 from my wallet. This is straight away fraud company which promises customer just to continue with there subscriptions and then charge them randomly. And worst customer support experience ever.

Very poor and frustrating service. Do not trust what you see in promotional videos on Instagram or other platforms, as the actual experience is completely different. Once you register even once, your contact details seem to be used excessively, and you start receiving a large number of unwanted calls every single day. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, it feels like you are being constantly disturbed and harassed. Their approach comes across as more focused on pushing sales aggressively rather than respecting customer choice and comfort. The most irritating part is the frequency and timing of these calls. They seem to operate 24/7 without any regard for personal time or boundaries. You may receive calls early in the morning, during working hours, in the evening, and even on weekends. Sundays are not spared either, which makes the entire experience even more frustrating. It gives the impression that there is no proper system in place to manage customer preferences or opt-out requests. Another major issue is the lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns. Even after clearly communicating that you are not interested or asking them to stop calling, the calls continue. This shows a complete disregard for customer feedback and privacy. A good service provider should prioritize building trust and maintaining respectful communication, but this service fails badly in that aspect. Additionally, there seems to be no proper customer support channel to address complaints effectively. You are left with no clear way to stop the calls or resolve the issue. This creates a sense of helplessness and adds to the negative experience. Instead of solving the problem, the constant interruptions only make it worse. Overall, this has been a highly disappointing and annoying experience. The service lacks professionalism, respect for customer privacy, and basic communication ethics. Continuous unwanted calls, no response to opt-out requests, and poor customer handling make this service unreliable and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think twice before registering, as it may lead to unnecessary disturbance and inconvenience in daily life.

This company is fraud. I bought a coconut pack worth Rs 1499 from them and the pack is not activated. The customer service is pathetic, there is no way to connect with them, they would mark your issue as resolved multiple times on the app without even providing any resolution. The sales person who sold the pack is also not answering the calls. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE HARASSED.
