Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

I am experiencing very bad service from this company. Today i got very bad quality of milk so i raised a ticket on dhoodhwale app but it is showing issue resolved without a single call i get. Please check the milk it is not the milk it is a mixture of chemicals.

Not received milk and payment detected...chor hai ...never buy.... Society mai camera laga hua hai ... proof hai ...tab in ka ye haal hai ..

Its a scam. I ordered khapli atta, which is partially delivered from them and now I want to raise cancellation within 1 business day. as per there policy I should get a complete refund. but they are not accepting It is clearly scam and I for sure wont be ordering or suggesting this app to anyone.

Daylight robbery. Total fraud. Fake promises. I was clearly promised a locked price for one year at ₹36 per packet. I order 2 packets daily, so my daily cost was ₹72. Without any notice, they increased the price to ₹38 per packet, making it ₹78 for two packets. That is a ₹6 increase per day, which is huge for something that was supposed to be price-locked. The worst part is that this happened within a few days and without any notification. No WhatsApp message, no SMS, no call, nothing. I usually recharge for a full month. Suddenly, I got a notification saying my balance was about to end and my deliveries would be stopped. When I checked the app, I saw that the price had been increased without my consent or even informing me. I called customer support, and their response was basically: This is the new price, it cannot be changed, and you have to pay it. You have no choice. That’s their attitude. I even pointed out that Amul, the biggest supplier in India, has not increased prices like this and always informs customers before doing so. They had no answer to that. They just said “sorry” and disconnected the call. This is nothing but cheating customers after making fake promises. Completely unprofessional and dishonest service. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be scammed.

Very big CHEATER, शिकायत के लिए कोई भी मान्य फोन नंबर नहीं कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं। एक दम बकवास, freebie के नाम पर सिर्फ cheating करते हैं ओर पैसा बनाते हैं। अगर यहां ZERO RATING का option होता तो मैं इनको Big Wala Zero देता। So please quit and avoid Doodhvale and save your hard money.

I used their milk product for a short time but discontinued as I wasn't satisfied with the quality. Since then I have been getting almost 3-4 calls everyday since last 1 month asking to me restart the service. I've blocked multiple numbers of theirs and even requested many times to remove my contact from calling list but nothing has changed. Someone needs to tell their senior team that this is not how you manage your customers.

Paid 99 but free milk not supplied as saying. Charge for 99 for free milk for 10 day for trial but no response no update no supply as yet..not milk supplied even worth rs.99. App and customer care not upto the mark

I was trying to find out what is pro millet plus and couldn’t cancel order. They don’t have system to cancel a placed order. So I was charged 498 for it. When I tried to return, they said it can’t be returned. No escalation, owners don’t speak to customers. So I tried it by adding to warm milk. Didn’t dissolve in cold water, no use instructions on it. It stinks of raw daal and I had a stomach ache and vomited it out. Then they said they will give me 100 refund. No accountability at all. Rubbish customer service. They mark every complaint as resolved without doing anything.

Firstly their customers service is very very poor. Phone call received that we are giving danedar desi ghee 900 ml of 2 boxes for rs 1699 instead of 1999. I ordered and received normal ghee instead of danedar ghee. Donot rely on their service. If we raise any complaint they will resolve without asking you.
