Nice products and taste is original. We are use these products since last 3-4 year and amazing quality ghee dahi and milk. If u want to make ur kids and family healthy then use these products.
Bkwaas hain ekdum. Koi customer support nai hain. Bkwaas tech hain inka.. Apni marzi se kuch bhe deliver kar dete hain.. Order always partiallu deliver.. Soch samajh ke karna.
Worst product and pathetic customer service as they have delivered me the fake cow ghee and refused to replace my product also. They only try to make money once but not the trust of customers. The actual pics I am sharing with you guys and you only decided what they are upto.
Very poor quality. Purchased milk but it curdled. Refused to entertain complsint because the same was bought through zepto. Instead if finding out how sub satndard milk moved from their factory
Unfriendly and irritating app. Impossible to connect. There is absolutely no customer support I have been trying to contact them since last one month but there is no response

After taking money 2000 rs per kgs they deliver much much cheaper product after complaint they block my phone they didn’t reply my regarding replacements or refund the amount . I call more then 100 times but after listening me they cut my phone . & didn’t reply me This co is froud don’t buy their products BE BEAR FROM DOODH WALA CO DOODH WALA CO IS FRAUD
I have recharged my account with 500 and 2000 , none of the amount is reflecting in the wallet . Since morning I am trying to connect with customer service team but I am not getting any response . I called Pooja but her sister said that she is not available and disconnected the call. I got message that I my issue is resolved . Is this the way to cheat a customer . I need a resolution today else I ll go to the consumer forum. Such a bad service
Shameless People I advised them not to deliver before 9AM But One Delivery Goonda came at 5:58 AM to disturb whole family sleep. I asked him to go back as as he was not supposed to disturb whole family by ringing door bells But this Goonda argued with me & made noise in whole lane & called more 5-6 goons Lodged police complaint
I had very frustrating experience with doodhwale farm. Product never got delivered but company claims it is delivered. Been over a month following up but no resolution from company. Customer support is useless and does not respond mostly. WhatsApp support is of no use as it's AI .
Ordered two bottles of ghee worth Rs 2000. Both leaked because of poor packaging. I sent sent them images and details. The only resolution they offered was a coupon of Rs 100 !! They are a scam company, best avoided. Seem to be run by unscrupulous unprofessionals
