Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Total fraud company, they are misleading the customers & products are missing from the order on top of that when you are coplaining to their support team they are showing attitude & deniying the facts. First time i have ordered something & faced very bad experience with them..Never trust on doodhwala company.

Such a pathetic company. I ordered through their website and paid via Paytm, they confirmed the order and did not deliver in 5 working days. Companies like them ensure they are not trusted and force people to write these reviews so others aren’t fooled. Pathetic company, super pathetic service…. Irresponsible and liar staff.

After giving money they never gave option for morning slot. There guy came at 6 in the morning. If no one opens then they leave milk on the door and later milk gets spoiled. They should give later morning slot service or not take money before then disclose

They are not delivering in jalandhar , still they accept money and never refunded . There representative Varun has same reply that he has informed team about same and soon refund will be issued and amount was just 47 rs . and i contacted them for refund on 20th april and today is 19th may . Stay away from this app

Worst experience, No customer support, no one to resolve the issue and resolution, wrongly deducted money and not refunding it back, delay issue persists and no one ro connect and speak with. Issue raised and following up since last 4 days, nothing happening, deadline given but all in vain

I had ordered desi ghee, the company delivered it without packing and in a dirty manner.Unpacked and dirty delivery The delivery boy's way of talking was also wrong.

Today was the first day I have have placed an order for Premium Cow milk 1 litre and in place of that Classic Cow milk half litre was delivered to me. My husband received the order and no communication was made to him by the delivery person regarding the wrong order. When I saw I called the delivery person conveying the same, he told me that as they were not having the product they could not deliver the exact order. And he told me to connect with Manoj for the same, Manoj's number is switched off and he is not reachable over call. I approached to the customer service Ms. Jasmin handled the query and without finishing my whole concern she disconnected the call saying that the product will be delivered to by tomorrow. I believe being working in customer service there should be some protocol of ending the call, if not then you should train your executive how to receive and disconnect the call while handling customers that too who is providing you negative feedback.

Poor service, not fulfilling their commitments, after paid amount for product, will not deliver, not pickup, if they can't handle the things, should return the customer money.

All the promotions appear to be paid, including the reviews, as there seems to be little regard for customers or customer-centric values. Despite assuring a fixed price for a specific period, the prices keep increasing before time. What is most frustrating is that the updated charges are deducted without any prior notification to the customer. This feels nothing short of daylight robbery, and it has now happened to me for the second time. How do you plan to compete with your market competitors with such practices?

Horrible customer support service. They don't give you all the information when you subscribe for rheir milk and then no reply nothing. I have called customer support more than 10 times everyday for my issue but they do not take any accountability. Bad staff. I have a very bad experience with them.
