Don't become fool with all ad's. Customer service totally pathetic. Take my money nd didnot deliver milk. No action will be taken. They total waste of money

I have been using this product for a long time. The quality is very good and the taste is excellent. Their ghee and milk products are also very good. All their products are healthy, even for my children. I am satisfied with their product quality.

App is not responsive and slow in updating the changes made to account. Customer care is not helpful to solve problems.

Pathetic milk!!! Don't buy it's weird and brown and watery. Yuck. They give good milk for the first few weeks and then this is what you get. And zero customer support

They don’t have any call center where you will contact directly for your complaints and delivery part is so poor if there is rain they don’t deliver milk to your doorstep.

Had high expectation from this company. But unfortunately it’s a scam. I had placed an order and got charged on my card but it didn’t update on there app. I had to chase them over 20 times for them to realise that I’ve got charged finally. So it’s already on borderline harassment that they don’t see the transaction screenshot properly. Now it’s far beyond when I wanted the delivery so I asked them to reverse the transaction as they failed to provide me the products. Firstly they refuse to refund and after explaining to them that you are engaging in unfair business practices they are like we will charge you 5% to refund the transaction??? Make it make sense. Terrible customer service. Terrible app and user interface. Please save your time and money and order from other suppliers.

worst customer service ever, no one responds for call, no one to here problems, they show offers on app but don’t provide those offers, and if we choose help opinion some videos are their, but no one to respond on call

Misleading “Free Milk” Offer I recharged ₹250 on Doodhvale multiple times because the app showed a “free milk” offer. Later, when I tried to claim it, they denied the offer and then refused to refund the extra funds added due to that promotion. When I escalated, their response was even worse. They said they’ll deduct 1.5% bank charges and may also remove unrelated freebies from past orders (freebies that have nothing to do with this issue). This feels like a classic trap: show an offer, get customers to add money, then change the rules and keep the funds. If a brand can’t be honest with its own offers and refunds, how am I supposed to trust what they deliver daily to my home? Sharing this so others don’t get stuck the same way.

What they claim to give,they dont. Plus the customer care executive says ma'am you can google and see that not the mentioned amount is sold.seriously!! Country delight,milk basket are also selling the same but they dont claim what these guys are doing.please spend your hard earned on something who are true to your money and the things they show on their app.

Milk is diluted with water, Poor quality, Fraud, discount and no free milk as promised. These guys treat customers as ATM. Not recommended
