Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Doodh Vala’s milk quality is fine, but their delivery service is very bad. First of all, their delivery agent is dishonest — they come to the door, take a photo of the milk in front of the gate, and then take the milk back with them without actually delivering it. When I complained about not receiving the milk, customer care simply sent me the photo the delivery agent had taken. I only found out the truth after a few incidents when I checked the camera footage. After I shared that evidence, they refunded me only for that particular day. Since then, deliveries have become inconsistent — they don’t deliver daily, and the same issue keeps happening. Unfortunately, I currently don’t have access to my camera, so I can’t capture footage, but the problem continues. Though they return the money, I’m fed up with this situation, so I stopped buying milk from them as multiple time complaint but not result.

I want a customer care person to call me for today’s special offer

I am very disappointed with this service. 8 days ago, I sent an email requesting my refund, but till now I have not received any refund. I also contacted customer care, and they told me that their superior would call me. When the superior finally called, instead of resolving my issue, he just asked me to email again for the refund. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. I expected a quick and smooth refund process, but instead I am being made to run in circles

Their sales representatives are not properly trained and keep giving false information about the pricing. After the recharge, they suddenly demand a higher amount. When customers ask for a refund, they never return the money. This is completely fraudulent and misleading. I would recommend choosing Country Delight instead. Beware of fraudulent activities from doodhwala farms.

Pathetic delivery service from this company better to order from instant delivery Service rather then their pathetic delivery guy, after subscribing first day delivery guy delivered with missing items, today out of whole order just received 2 items, what kind of pathetic experience are you trying to deliver? Even customer care is giving fake promises around everything just to beg for getting five star review so they can cut loose from this shenanigan

The milk is watery. Total water. I thought amul and mother diary are bad, so tried this. This is worst. Sooo so watery milk.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and sense of being misled regarding my first experience with your brand. On February 16, I placed Order #1422 for Shudh A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee. As per your automated system's request, I actively responded to confirm this Cash on Delivery order at 14:10 (as shown in the attached screenshot). Your system immediately replied, stating: "Your order #1422 is confirmed." However, at February 18 at 19:18, I received a notification stating the order was cancelled without any prior communication, reason, or consent from my side. #DoodhvaleFarms #BadCustomerService #ConsumerAlert #Ghee #OnlineShoppingFail #OrderCancelled
