Then comes reality: bad-quality products mixed with good ones, useless customer support, and surprise — your offers “magically” expire after 3 months, though they never mentioned that during enrollment. Ask for a refund? Of course not! Classic trap — well played Doodhvale, but never again

I was honestly excited to try Dhoodvala. The idea of fresh milk at your doorstep sounded great. But it quickly turned from hope to headache. Not only were the delivery timings inconsistent, but the delivery person was rude and arrogant, acting like he was doing me a favor. One day it’s late evening, another day it’s early morning. Where’s the system? And worse — zero customer support. Once they take your money, you’re on your own.

Their escalation team (Ms Surbhi) promise resolution before closing complaint then stops responding

Very poor and unprofessional service 😡 They first take milk orders and later say “delivery not available in your area.” Then they ask to order ghee and add money to the wallet — but after payment, no delivery and no response to calls. No refund either, my money is stuck! Totally fake and unreliable service 🚫 ⚠️ Beware guys, don’t waste your money here!

I have been using Doodhvale Farms for the last few months, and while I must acknowledge that the quality of milk is genuinely good, the delivery services and customer support are extremely disappointing. In the last 4 months, I have faced multiple issues with delayed or missed deliveries, yet there has been no visible improvement. The customer care team lacks a customer-centric approach—instead of addressing concerns properly, they often shift the responsibility back to the customer with excuses like “we called you but you responded late.” Moreover, the way customer care executives communicate shows a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. As a paying customer, I expect respect and accountability, but unfortunately, that is missing. I truly believe Doodhvale Farms has a good product, but unless the delivery process and customer service are taken seriously, many customers like me will continue to remain dissatisfied. I hope the management looks into this urgently and works on improving their service standards.

Milk is of a good quality but delivery is becoming a huge problem. Delivery time not maintained ..At 12 noon the delivery guy asking do you want milk now ? !! Today it was unbearable as there was no rain yet neither the customer service guys picked up the phone to answer nor was the milk delivered. Time to ask for a complete refund of wallet money and look for another vendor.
