These guys are fraud. First they showed the delivery at my location but as soon as I credited the money in the app they declined delivery stating area as unserviceable. It’s been more than 3 weeks and still they don’t have the courtesy to refund my money even after 4-5 reminders. Fraud company never order prepaid alwaz go for COD… its been alomost a month still my oredr is in transit

They r cheaters, while selling they committed for 3+1 ltr in Rs 250 as trial pack but they haven’t delivered 4 ltr. Also the sales man who sell this named Abhishek doesn’t answer the calls. Even on the customer care number they won’t resolve the matter. They put the milk on my home’s outside light where it gets leaked. Pathetic customer service, they have no resolution for your problem inspite of their mistake

Very poor service and product quality is not much better; it's the same as other brands, but its price is too much. I have taken their subscription, but they are not providing delivery on a daily basis. To be honest, I'll say to everyone: don't be fooled into taking Doodhwale services. Doodhwale cheats customers.

Today I place order from website but payment done and order confirmation not done. And no money refunded after ten day also

I am using doodhvale farms but Very Very bad experience with Doodhwala! Paid milk was delayed and sometimes not delivered at all. Even the free milk they promised was never delivered. Customer support is useless – no response on calls or messages, and refunds are not given. Completely untrustworthy service. Not recommended to anyone.

Milk quality is good, paneer not so good. But their delivery system is rubbish, no adherence to time frame, grievance redressal system is pathetic. Imagine getting milk delivery at 1.30 in afternoon Refused to take delivery in the afternoon and yet they have debited money from wallet. Seems to be a dubious company

Milk quality is good. I subscribed for Cow Milk but their delivery is pathetic as one can see from all the reviews. Inconsistent timings and everyday they make an excuse that wrong address has been on record then how can you deliver without fuss for one week. Sometimes they call sometimes they simply say we will try next day and that day doesn't come. Especially putting alarms to take the delivery to realise that delivery boy has simply raised "wrong front door" pic intentionally to avoid the delivery ... I will ask for refund otherwise will take the legal action against this dubious company for sure !

Worst ever delivery system. Requested many times to deliver not earlier than 6:30 but of no use. They agree on call that will follow your convenience but again same thing happens the very next day. One takes a better quality milk thinking that he/she will get a better health but on the other hand his/her health gets worse due to lack of sleep, what’s the use. I will request to all if you can take the delivery between 4:30 & 5:00 then only go for it otherwise don’t ever think of it.
