Good taste of milk..... Fantastic service, however need improvement in first day delivery by delivery partner. I slept around 2PM and received call on 4AM that sir please confirm your address, I don't think it's a good approach. If need any type of confirmation they can connect in day before between 8AM-8PM. Rest I am happy with quality of milk and service I have received

No doubt the milk and products are good but the service suck a big time. Firstly when you register, they will bombard you with offers and you will get lured and take the offers but later on they will deny you for providing the said offer and will say your coupon was not applied. They have an offer of 5+5 milk, not on one instance but on 2 instances both with myself and my mother. They denied the 5 free milk after the delivery of 5 paid milk bottles and said that coupon was not applied. This is non-ethical and sheer cheating of the customer. You guys really need to improve your services else you will keep on losing your customers.

Very bad service Customer support do not resolve your queries and ask to contact on WhatsApp. Divya rawat a girl of customer support making fool of me from yesterday not giving reply on time and giving my refund too . I am not recieving my order from 3 days . Put my money in my wallet . I am not able use that money because after ordering anything from doodhwale I am not getting my order. After 2 days money will be in your wallet and you can’t withdraw them into your account. Wrost service ever

They are actually the worst app for milk delivery out there, their app is almost always stuck, and customer is the one who will always pay for their unprofessional technical team, they suck money in name of some offer that they won't even apply. They'll never provide you the refund for your own unused money, if you ever do the mistake of activation of Autopay they'll autodebit every single day.

I have been using this for a month now. But while recharging my wallet, money got debit from my account but never got credited in my wallet not I received the refund for it. Been trying to contact customer care but no response.fraud service. Not gonna renew my subscription. Will choose a different alternative.

Very disappointing experience. Initially, they call you offering attractive benefits and ask you to recharge your wallet with a higher amount. For the first month or two, everything seems fine. But slowly, issues start. They begin mixing bad-quality products with good ones so you can't easily notice. If you do complain, their customer support is unhelpful and even starts blaming you instead of resolving the issue. Moreover, the offers and coupons they promise during enrollment mysteriously stop working after 2-3 months. When questioned, they shamelessly say the benefits were only valid for 3 months instead of the 12 months they initially promised. Shockingly, there is no mention of this condition during enrollment or in their terms and conditions. This feels like a cheap trick to lure customers, get them to top up their wallets, and then force them to buy products at higher prices later. If you ask for a refund of the remaining wallet balance, they outright refuse. Very poor and untrustworthy service. Would not recommend!

V poor customer service.. No reverse pick up facility when product delivered twice

Pathetic service and quality. Ordered some vegetables and for breakfast - idli batter . The idli batter made my stomach ache for whole day. Pathetic quality they are providing. Vegetables are overpriced, still they are delivering stale vegetables and they are mentioning super fresh vegetables in the application. The owner of doodhvale.com should change the name to paanivale.com . As your money will go into water. They are advertising full page ad in newspaper and giving poor quality services on the 1st day only. Their customer care tells to send the feedback in feedback menu which is not working. Why do you open such business when you can't give good services to customer. ?? . Attaching a sample if their super fresh vegetables

Careful of them. I'm chasing a refund for months now and they are shamelessly making fake promises. Don't do advance payment like me and they NEVER refund if you cancel the subscription for any reasons. I have 2k balance in wallet and they are forcing me but something from them instead of doing a refund. Morally compromised business this is!
