The products delivered were not as described on their app, and the quality was subpar. Additionally, the packaging lacked any ingredient information. I would advise caution when ordering from here. I also subscribed to their 15-day plan, but it was deactivated after just 5 days....ZERO STARS

The app is very user-friendly, allowing for easy browsing and ordering of a wide variety of fresh milk products with detailed information on each item. Delivery is consistently on time, and the quality of the milk is excellent, tasting fresh and pure

The Worst and Simply worst. Signed up as new customer and recharged for 5000 INR and was promised 30days of fred milk as part of their promotion ; initial few days were good and then after 1 week then they stopped sending free milk and then eventuallly stopped milk complelety both the point of contact stopped picking up phone and no point escalating as no reply to the lomg email sent to Ishu and Aman and others. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ; DONT BUY MILK FROM THEM

Milk and mobile app services are very poor. When they sale there server they call many times after that response are very bed.

Pathetic service, beware they are fraud. They are just new and don't have enough stock to serve the customers also note that it's very hard to reach there customer care team also, you will keep on dialing again and again and you will only hear 'all our customer care members are busy pls call after sometime'. There team is busy in making new customer without knowing if they have enough supply or not. There suppliers are also different and lacks coordination with the company, what customer care team promises the supplier won't do. There team was chasing me for long time and when finally upon there continuous request I placed my first order they failed to deliver even 3packets of milk in Gurgaon. also I ordered royal A2buffalo milk and they just delivered whatever they were left with. The milk packet was all coated with dust and dirt as if it was kept in the garbage bin, so you can imagine how concious they are in delivering food products. My suggestion to all, pls keep my experience in mind before ordering, you never know what you will get and by when and quality who knows. Also you cannot immediately report to customer care too as there working hours starts from 8am, and no idea if anyone will be available at that time or not as, if they may be short on staff too.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I returned a coconut water product unused, yet ₹98 was deducted from my wallet without any valid reason. This feels like a complete scam. A company that deducts money even after a product return is nothing short of fraud. I will never use their products again and strongly advise others to stay away. I’m highlighting this issue on social media so more people don’t fall into their trap. You’ve lost a customer forever.

Scam Avoid like a disease They come in with offers - either put 2k and get ghee ( which is worth like 300 bucks max) or do a small trial Even if you wanna try only do smaller weekly trial Cause this app is a scam Everything is overpriced in the app. So if you get stuck in the 2000 rupee scam - you will be cheated for sure. After your trial is over you will realise it’s a trap. The quality of milk and products is not Far superior to any other product available . Also here’s the bigger scam you can buy things further cheaper with their costly prime subscription but here’s the catch if a product shows a striker our mrp of 500 and without prime it’s showing 400 And with prime 350 It will calculate prime savings as not 50 but 150 and the promise of additional savings is a lie because they have savings limits on each version of the prime membership. I have shared an image given to me by their executive - u can see calculations like 44-43 - 9 rupees and 41-40 as 8 rupees This is crazy This is a scam best avoided They also Buy reviews on app stores by giving 50 Rupee coupons Don’t fall for good reviews

Ordered on 20 march from ahmedabad ghee....The product kept lying in ahmedabd since 24th but shiprockrt cart is not delivering saying delivery pressure....more over the customer care of doodwale is not responding either......what a shame ....please refund .... # disappointed customer service
